The Chopin is as good as can be!
A violinist friend of mine would say that such excellent progress is possible because the piano is an easy instrument compared to the violin. This is hogwash, of course. The boy is takented & worked very hard for his achievement.
As someone who plays both violin and piano, I could say each instrument has its difficulties. As for piano, it’s hard to bring out the colours, as the sound decays, but yet each hit of the note should express its own uniqueness. It requires more time to get a good consistent sound on violin, larger learning curve, and lots of techniques to master.

1级1级学，没有跳级。之前没有考其他试。 理论是分开考的。 是的，4首歌就可以考Performance exam。

no, not that I know, of definitely seems like an own choice piece!
It is my own choiced piece, but it is in older ABRSM syllabus as well.

不需要的。 反而更重要的是歌曲的次序要聽得順暢和合理。
