I love this!!!! Have listened to this 4-5 times a week, for about 2 months now and can attest to how much clairifty, self direction and self love I radiate the days i start off with this meditation. I love all your videos and always learn something, even if i have listened more than once, but would def love to see more meditation videos! 💘

Divine chills! Thank you, this is so powerfully healing. Your words and vibrations release the pains of my fractured rib cage. It also helps to do "ohm" chants along with. I even added 528 Hz meditative music in the background. To those of you who are unaware, there are 9 solpheggios which are all harmonious to one another. These beautiful frequencies are powerful tools to healing.. which we are free to utilize at any given time. Peace and blessings!
I feel like this video was detoxing my body. It made my heart space tighten and even my throat feel tighten like my body was having a hard time excepting the fact that I deserve everything she said.
