The project was named cx757 that was jointly developed by Ford and Mahindra.Which later launched by Mahindra as xuv700. There were 6 more cars in the pipeline. Ford Territory were also ready as upgraded Ford ecosport.

Planned as two different vehicles.
Both Ford’s and Mahindra’s version looked similar to Xuv500.
Ford’s C-Suv was much better looking with ford design elements and Xuv 700 on other hand inclined more towards Mahindra design.
Both Xuv500 and Xuv700 were designed by Ramkripa.
