Some wrestlers should just be booked to be dominant over others, and if the difference get big enough, a squash match is just what you need to give the top one an extra boost. So long as Kidd gets a chance eventually, of course, unless it's what he wants to do or he just never clicks with the crowd.
I didn't like the finish to Primate match, the elbows were too fast and didn't look to have impact. He should've fully extended his arm and drive it down, doing about 2 elbows per second. That would've looked better and more effective than the 3 mini elbows per second he did.
