hey just wanted to ask, how can you eat such great amounts of food in such a short time, and how do you deal with the after effects (weight gain for example)? do you have a specific diet/workout routine that help? and like don't you get sick after recording your videos? or do you have like a really big stomach capacity haha, i cant imagine eating even half of that without feeling sick :O. just wanted to ask out of curiosity:) i love your vids! xx
I remember when I used to eat crazy amounts of sweets without feeling almost anything after that, guess my stomach got used to it 😂 but now i can barely eat half a donut
