Hi! Rain is no problem in generel - but they do have a small shelter in one end of the aviary. But most birds choose to stay outside also in rain. Like wild birds do. In winter I set up infrared heating lamps in the shelter which helps a lot. Some of the most heat needing birds come indoor during winter but many stay outdoor all year.
Can someone please message me that is a pro fincher. I'm a firm believer something odd happened to my finch.. they both died overnight but not my canaries .. it looked like he had organ failure stomach virus.. it costs 1500 to run autopsy.. I live with people... I suspect.. but I can't be sure.. I'm way too clean and I don't use stove or any chemicals around except only organic cleaners in bathroom.. it's impossible it happened because of food poisoning or water....
