Have u put on the stock wheels and tires to see if the rear tire clears the snorkel? It says a “1” inch spacer is required for clearance

904wheelin Really was minor change I didn’t really notice any changes in the axle angles, zero issues!

When you cranked up the suspension was it hard to turn

Isn’t it bad to use those mud wheels on concrete cause it will wear out the tires very quickly ?

Did you guys cut out the a arms like it said in directions? I didn’t and it looks like there’s plenty of clearance but just wanted to see what you guys thought
We honestly didn’t need too, I’m not sure what helped clear the axle but it was fine to run it without the rear a-arm cut out. Do you have the same bike?
only cut if ur running bigger axel meaning if the cups are bigger then oem
Have you had any trouble with exhaust heat on your tiger tail? I have basically the same setup but haven't installed my tiger tail yet because its so close.
Trash-N-Treasure no not at all! I wouldn’t worry about it, it’s still functional to this day and doesn’t seem to have any heat damage

2019 850 highlifter
I put it together but didn't leave it in yet because of how close it was to the exhaust. I literally just hot the bike like a week ago so its gonna be a little bit before I do aftermarket exhaust and all the and yours is the first I've seen with stock exhaust and the tiger tail on a high setting.

How do u like the offset wheels? I have the exact same machine, same wheels and 2” lift. It’s like someone stole my machine lol
Lol! That’s rare!! The offset is perfect I think. Stance looks better and more importantly it really improved the handling around corners while still fitting through every trail at the park
Made II Mudd Official yeah that parts good. Just it doesn’t fit very well on the back of a truck very well anymore. Found that out the hard way lol
That’s funny! Because it didn’t fit in Alex’s truck either! Had to build a ramp out of some 2x10s to get it over the wheel wells

any axle binding when the suspension is fully drooped?
This bike never had any issues with axle binding, we went through some hard tough areas and some deep holes never broke an axle!

Nice machine. So the 850 doesn’t come with power steering a friend of mine who is older mid 50s is interested in buying one but figured it would be tiring on the arms with the 30s on. I told him I’m sure you wouldn’t notice it. Do you find it much different then power steering models?
It's definitely not the most pleasant turning experience. The 850 has a terrible turning radius, so lots of back and forth turning left and right. But if you're rolling its not bad at all. The 570 we have has power steering and its a delight! so easy one handed driving all day long. Definitely love having it!

@cat jack it’s not bad at all. I’ve got the 850 highlifter and as long as you’re moving you don’t even notice. Turn radius is a bitch tho

Josh treadway 14x7 ITP tornado wheels 4+3 offset with 4/156 bolt pattern, wild boar Atv had best deal!
What brand of brake pads do you recomend?
We use the SwampDog off-road brass brake pads!!
@@madeiimuddofficial3967 Thanks. This is the brand that you said they lasted for around 6-7 rides? The reason I'm asking cause I have the 850 HL and also the 1000 HL both atvs. I recomend the RJWC dual mud slip on sounds awesome.
Alex1915 yep these pads last so much longer than the stock ones. I’m not sure exactly why but they do! And sweet! We are planning to get the RJWC exhaust soon!
How do you install the rear bracket?
And how do you crank the suspension 2 clicks?
Just have to disconnect the struts at the top and reconnect them on the bracket after mounting the bracket! Also the struts have an adjustment on them with notches.

Chase Campbell yessir, it should come with your bike if you have a high lifter. If not they are cheap on amazon
