I also got this machine on January 2023, but I had many issues with it, specially with learning it coz it came with no manual at all, and the TH-cam videos from the company are kind of poor. Support have been good, but there is a 24 hour difference between Houston and China, so when it is day in China, is night in Houston. And due to health issues- two heart attacks, a cardiac arrest and a bad car accident, I have not done too much with it. But watching videos from users like you are helping me. I would like to watch videos that detail the use of the Touchscreen, how to add hoops, how to add the colors of the spools in the tree to the machine, and then select them according to the design, etc, and the sort. I already watched your video about Tension and learned a lo from itt!!! You take good time to give proper details of what you are using and doing and I really appreciate that, the Lord always bless guide and protect you!!!!! Jorge

Thanks for this video. I see at 16:35 your machine is swinging, so I would like to ask if this because your machine made in china or it's not installed properly? I'm asking because I'm planning to get a Chinese machine like your machine. Actually, I'm not new in this field. I had a 6 head Tajima several years ago, and I don't like to be disappointed after purchasing a Chinese machine. Thank you.
Please show the making of a hat. I would like to see if it only stitches just above the brim or will the hat attachment twist in order to stitch from side to side .. exp.. flowers along the side edge on each side and center design.. in one program without having to reposition the hat.

In theory, you can use any kind of stabilizer with this machine in the same way you did with your single needle machine. Just remember this eponyms- KC and WT where K=knit fabric and C= cut away stabilizer, and W=woven fabric and T= tear away stabilizer. Also check the videos from Christopher Nejman here in TH-cam, he is great in giving advice, just as Miss. Lynn!!!

Megan, I use my flash drive to upload a design, and as for the square background in the lower image it's the hoop that I have picked, I don't think you can remove that!

not sure, make sure when putting in your color that you on the very last color when you click ok if you are not, it will not program the all the colors,

I've done professional embroidery for 5 years now. Until last year I ran a 4 head, 10 color Melco machine. That machine was a work horse. When it needed to be retired last year, due to lack of finding parts for it...it was replaced with this exact machine in the two head version. I was apprehensive when I first started using it but, it's quickly won me over. I did an 84k stitch design this week in 1.5 hours. It would have taken probably 2.5 with my old machine. There are a lot of great things about this machine I just didn't have on my old Melco. I am loving it.

It on wheel and I move it around to be able to make video and I probably forgot to put the stop down! Readjust the feet!

Yes, I am still happy, if you think about the money you save. Ricoma machines run about 15,000. same style of machine.
how do you upload your designs onto the machine? how do you make it not have a square background and just the image?

some design have jump stiches that don't cut. I have to use scissors as well

I have gotten them off of esty and edit them using see what pro! I have not had time to learn digitizing
