16:30 I think the problem with the sea monster is it moves too quickly, which is only plausible if the map and units are miniature. The sea monster should move very slowly and deliberately, as if you were watching a ship from a distance. Also it would give the opportunity for a clever player to use the shadow to cover their entrance into the base for a few moments longer than normal. I think it's good because it provides a bit of balance to the spawn location imbalance- yes, terran is more defensible spawning in lower right at the front door due to location of addons, but is slightly more vulnerable to ovie scouting and oracle harass.
The cyclone all-in was really nice and clean. Mixing in a few hellions i think would be beneficial for roasting lings if possible to squeeze in. I was very impressed how clean DRG played this is some of the best i seen him play since his return from military service 👌.
nah, hellions would've made the push worse since they would be pretty terrible against queens. The ling count was also so small that the hellions attack rate would've probably been more of a detriment

I think Serral and Has got more stuff nerfed. Probably Serral first, then Has. Byun is third as player who has most impacted sc2.
