Four Ukrainian tactics that have stopped Russia’s winter offensive and their one major flaw

  • The frontline may not be moving, but battles are raging all along it as Russia’s generals carry out a brutal winter offensive and try to deliver Putin a victory in time for the election in March.
So far, Ukraine has stopped it dead - inflicting huge casualties on the Russians in places like Avdiivka, Kupyansk, Kreminna and Bakhmut.
How have they done it? Here, we examine four clever tactics the Ukrainians have been using to level the playing field between their small but dogged defence units and Putin’s much larger forces.

and russia helped hamas initially because they knew it would be a great distraction for media and a new front for western countries to send military aid to. Almost no one is talking about russia's connection. FSB have been training and supplying terrorists all over the world since USSR times, but so many are bamboozled again and think it's another escalation just between Israel and Hamas.

I'm a Ukrainian woman. I used to live in a poor, corrupt, fascist state, and now I live in the fairest, best country in the world. At the same time, I have not moved anywhere, I still live in Mariupol. Now it is safe even at night in any place of the city, our shops are full of cheap products, hundreds of new houses have already been built in our a year after liberation from the Nazis, instead of those destroyed by the Nazis, thousands of people received new apartments absolutely free of charge. Now we have free medicine and education, I have connected myself to a very fast Russian unlimited Internet, it works almost around the clock, I pay 770 rubles a month for it, which is about 9 US dollars, I pay $9 for a month of fast internet! We are very happy that we no longer live in the stinking impoverished fascist country 404, now we live in a rich and happy Russia. By the way, the girl who allegedly suffered during the shelling of the Mariupol maternity hospital and whom the Western and Ukrainian media presented to the World as a victim of the "aggressive aggression of aggressive Russia" signed in support of Putin, in March elections in Russia
P.S. - I will call this country 404 (error 404), because there is no freedom of speech in TH-cam controlled by globalists, here if you scold Russia then there are no complaints against you, and when you point out that country 404 is a fascist dictatorship ruled by a neo-Nazi junta, your comments are immediately deleted. There is no freedom of speech in the West 🤷‍♀️ But I think everyone understands what kind of country 404 is.

Thankfully the public, ever hungry of the next big thing, next big news, in this era of social networks and instant gratification, has gone weary of the Gaza conflict too so the focus is slowly turning towards Ukraine once again..
Unfortunately I don't think anything will be resolved in USA until the Biden wins the second term. On the other hand EU will break Hungary's blockade of the aid for Ukraine the way they always do - by threatening to withold the money for Hungary. If that doesn't work somehow, the other EU countries have decided they'll start sending the money on the country by country basis, outside EU decision...
May Ukraine survive and hold on until the November, then the faucet will open once again and a flow of new stuff will start.

Cheap military industrial complex propaganda. Ukraine is already lost, economy and infrastructure destroyed, treasury is empty so Ukrainian government fully relies on western backers donations. Hundreds of thousands of young Ukrainians already died and now military police rounding men on the streets in their fifties (check youtube videos), and forcing them to fight. NYT published articles stating that the average age of the ukrainian soldier is 43??? This is a proxy war between US/Nato and Russia and poor Ukrainians are paying heavy price. Everybody should go back to 1960s Cuban crisis when US almost invaded Cuba and was about to attack Russian bases there because Russia installed military missiles launchers on Cuba in retaliation of US installed missiles on Russian border in Turkey?. Kennedy and Kruschev made an agreement so Russia pulled out missiles from Cuba and US/Nato pulled missiles from Turkey on Russian border, and WW3 was avoided by cool heads. There is no difference between Russian invasion and Cuban crisis. All you idiots supporting this proxy war should remember this history lesson. Before 2022 invasion Russia asked Nato on numerous occasions to pull out from Ukraine its instructors, military equipment, and promise not to except Ukraine into Nato. Secretary general of Nato Jens Stoltenberg openly said on TV screen they can't do it??? There is no justification for Russia's invasion and Russians soldiers deserved to be killed in Ukraine. One month after Russian invasion peace deal was struct in Istanbul between Ukraine and Russia, but moron Boris Johnson flew to Ukraine and told zelensky not to sign peace deal? If not for Boris and his backers hundreds of thousands of Ukrainians would be alive today, and Donbass would be autonomous part of Ukraine. Yes Crimea would stay with Russia, but Crimea is completely different story...All you war mongers should stop promoting war and start promoting peace for Ukrainian people. Russia is nuclear armed gorilla and Nato will never join this fight against Russia because it would trigger nuclear exchange, and in nuclear war there are no winners. New recruits undertrained, under equipped, and not willing to fight. Check satellite images of the Ukrainian cemeteries where anybody can see sees of yellow/blue flags representing fallen soldiers. All hospitals are filled with wounded soldiers and Ukrainians are tired of this war and praying for peace. All volunteers are dead or disabled, and zelensky is trying to mobilize additional 500,000 new troops so western backers will send more money and Ukrainian government officials will continue stealing like there is no tomorrow (check NYT Shuster articles). Ukraine is the most corrupted country in Europe and there are many articles about it in the main stream media publications. Ukrainian government officials want this war to continue so they can still more western aid, and they don't care about lives of Ukrainian people. Peace for Ukraine and stop the war.

More propaganda? UK media are by far most unreliable . Most of their claims have turned out to be bs . Don’t believe me? Let’s remind you. They ran with the ghost of kieve story, the claim that Russia bombed its own pipeline, claimed that Russia was shelling the nuclear plant even when Russia was in possession of it. . Claimed Russia blew up the dam which was totally unfeasible and only gave Ukraine advantage. claimed Russianwas out of ammo. , claimed Putin is dying from a plethora of diseases, claimed Putin is facing a rebellion in Russian even though he has 70 to 80 percent approval rate. Made all kinds of claims during Ukraines offensive which all turned out to be a nothing burger . Claimed that the killing of civilians in Dinbad was Russia when it turns out it was Ukraine missile and shelling strikes . Making outrageous claims on Russian losses which has been shown by investigative groups to be massively over estimated while playing down Ukranian losses. I have been following this conflict closely since 2014 and the biggest lie yet was that this is an unprovoked war. UK itself was involved in starting the conflict . I say that with no doubt and evidence of such.

And yes it IS indeed a myth that so many soldiers died in WWI when tge frontline did not move - in fact most soldiers died or were captured or injured while the frontline was moving. A stale frontline is what the sofa experts in western Europe don't like but for the soldiers it's still much better then a moving frontline.

Yes Crimea would stay with Russia, but Crimea is completely different story like Kosovo, like Cyprus, like Palestine, like US occupying right now 1/3 of Syrian territory rich with oil/gas...All you war mongers should stop promoting war and start promoting peace for Ukrainian people.

The A-10 cannot operate in areas with highly contested airspace. Air superiority would have to be established first. The SU-25, a roughly equivalent Russian ground attack aircraft, has been relegated to inaccurate "lofting" of air-to-ground missiles, due to the same problem. Hopefully, when the F-16s have been delivered and aircrews trained, we'll see a favorable shift in favor of Ukraine.
