So glad I found this today. I've always struggled with "making a list of positive aspects", Abrahm includes in our 5 thing to do every day. Now I finally get it. It's a "feeling" exercise. More like what feelings I practice from Dr Dwyer I AM THAT I AM MEDITATION.

I am writing to convey my deep appreciation for the Abraham Hicks (AH) mixes that you compile. They are really fantastic. I love the selections from AH teachings that you choose. I love the music blend. I love the occasional repeats of words. I love that you allow the listener to transition at the end of the mixes by allowing the music to continue, which deepens the appreciative state that the AH teachings illicit to continue and grow. This particular video is powerful. My words of appreciation apply to it and all the other videos that you offer. They have made a difference in my life. Of course, I am also grateful for the teachings of AH!
