Honestly you have many better houses and apartments for that price in Dubai, in that building you are simply paying for "Hotel" services because the building is "Hotel + Residences" and the prices are always exorbitant for what the apartments are, they are like the "Mandarin oriental residences" or the "Four season residences" are a little more than a hotel suite... but if you like it, that's fine with me!
