What a great ride! You got me out even though I'm stuck in a New Hampsire snowstorm! Salivating to hop on mine soon and you're right, they do seem to want to corner by themselves!
The day is about to come for you as well my friend. I know New England has beautiful weather when in spring. I'd love to ride in all those green pasture.
Looks like a great place to ride. I hope for your safety and others that you would stay on your side of the road except when passing. I have had too many encounters with someone coming around a corner toward me on my side of the road.
Hello. I agree with you and left some space for escaping. Sometimes the camera is compromising the view. I was seeing the horizon and was not leaning my %100 there on the corners really.
Good video! for Woulda liked footage of adventure riding in the rainy adventure bike weather. Also, Woulda liked to see @maxwrist tail-of-the-dragon speeds on those beautiful curves - Skyscraper Rocks on the right hand and the Ocean on the left - But even he might not have the skill level high speed on a Tiger 1200 GT Explorer. So don’t feel bad.
Hi MotoDrum, thanks for sharing the video with the very beautiful landscape. I have the same motorcycle as you. I've noticed the same problem with mine. When accelerating (closing and then opening the throttle), there's this jerking (load change) in the driveshaft. How do you deal with it? Especially in hairpin turns, it bothers me very much as it brings instability to the motorcycle.
Hello Mian, Thanks for your comment. Well in my case this isn't a problem for me at all for 2 reasons. I am also aware this shake on the bike but I came from Africa Twin the head always jiggle around and suspensions are way softer, the other reason I alsoı ride BÖW R Ninet which I find very unstable machine and those reason makes this machine more stabşe bike for me. However what I noticed also that If you ride road, personal or any other thing other than sport mode this jerking is more noticeable I think the bike needs an software update about this. Besides each and everyday I am more and more tight on the throttle thou. I am getting used to it. Yes I understand this is a premium bike and this shouldn't happen but in general Triumph did almost everything right but tech part no good to me.
Good morning from here in Indiana USA. Your bike sound like it shifts kinda loud and has some lash? Is that just picking it up more because of your microphone? Love the Tiger!
It was indeed :) Thanks so much and Koala is my companion given me by my kids. They said long ago if we are not coming then at least take this dude instead of us. Pretty neat :)
Great video! What size and type of top case? I Have the 1200 Rally Explorer and am wanting to purchase one. Yours looks like the Trekker 57L designed for two helmets. If yours is the 57L does it accommodate two helmets well? Any other comments on your case would be appreciated! Cheers from Alberta, Canada!
Hello Darren, It is 58L one Givi Outback Trekker but if you buy Triumph Branded oen they will give you exact same one. I had these top case and panniers at hand and with just a few mod I was able to fit on my bike. Yes it is able accommodate 2 full size helmets easily and on top of it I am able put some other things here and there easily. With careful placement I was able to fit my revit jacket too. For the long trips this top case helped me so much. On the downside because it is big it may shake your bike on higher speeds. I got used to it having no problems about that whatsoever.
Thanks for the info!! Just curious, do you ride with a passenger often with that setup? I will be and hoping with the back padding it will be comfortable. At what speeds do you get the vibration at?@@motodrum6669
@@darrenstang7281 I do not get passengers often but whoever jumped on it didn't complain about the back padding. I used this top case on my Suzuki V-Strom and then Africa Twin and now Triumph. I was able to compare with Shad Top case with padding and easily this one is better. The bike's vibration is not bothering me at all but there is vibration on this bike noticible. I may say around 140 - 160ish I get vibration and after 160 the vibration cools down. It may be +- 10km thou.

Hello there. Yes as you have guessed my microphone is very close to shaft and exhaust. That's why it sound very clanky and like metal rub sound.
Looks like a fabulous ride. Koala mascot keeps you safe? 😅
