I liked this. Thank you. I have 2 things to add from my Niagara Falls Dixie cup.. I had a period of seizures that deleted some of my past experiences. But after I „realized“ how so many people still live in the past it made me notice it prevents you from living in the NOW. Looking back at the person who „did“ sth that the same person now would never do is frankly unfair to the past person who you no longer are!!! That goes for everybody... even or especially for those you may be judging. ☮️
Hey Forest, it’s more than just “what you start to notice”. I was at an Ashram in Canada for a month. One day I was there praying for a sign from God about whether or not I should go back to Boulder to do a Wilderness Therapy program I had been accepted to, the same program I had been accepted to three years earlier. Three years earlier a woman named Heather showed up at my house to take me on the wilderness trip for the start of the cohort, but I had to decline. Back to the ashram, the day after spending two hours meditating and praying in the prayer room, a woman shows up. I felt an intense visceral magnetic attraction to her on a physical level. It wasn’t sexual. The next day we got to talking. We had lots of crazy synchronicities. Her dad lived in Raleigh, my dad lived in Raleigh, she had just got out of an abusive relationship, I had just got out of one, there were a lot of others. The most wild and crazy part of the story though is the person who told her to go to the Ashram? Heather. The exact same Heather come to find out who came to my house three years prior. Not only that but this woman at the Ashram, the room they put her in? The Heather Room. All of this the day after I spent two hours in intensive prayer and meditation asking God for a sign. These synchronicities are too much for it to be a simple case of “just what I’m paying attention to.” It’s vibrational attraction. It’s like super complex psycho-physics.
Yes, you absolutely want balance between both hemispheres. And taking up an ambidextrous practice can help that along. Such as writing backwards with your other hand or playing guitar, upside down and backwards. Maybe skateboard and goofy and regular. Maybe switch hitting in baseball throwing the ball with both arms. I recently started playing guitar backwards and I'm pretty positive at balanced out my mood through the PTSD I've been suffering from. I can't say with certainty because I don't have a lab testing me. And there's a number of other things I was doing as well to help. But there was a pretty steady correlation with taking up that practice and just one month later, and I was also writing my left hand every day and I'm right handed. It makes absolute sense it would build the neurology to help this flow along. Been looking to learn Sanskrit as well. Found a channel to give it a try on, but I haven't really learned any yet. Besides a couple chants. But I'm under the opinion that that language itself will help heal your mental being...... And I think there's going to be a lot of science behind that very soon.
I really enjoyed the Dixie cup analogy and at the end the alignment I will listen again and again so I don’t miss any part of this have a great weekend forest from Palm Springs California

@@ForrestKnutson We actually have a recording of his somewhere (who knows where) and he has written several incredible books. We used his input in some of our advanced trainings.
Well, anyway, at least he threw out the traditional Hindu meaning of karma for a westernized "Big Mac" verson. I mean the traditional Hindu view of karma as the sum of a person's actions in this and prior lifetimes affecting or deciding your fate in future reincarnations. That always seemed to fail because they denied the existence of some all powerful God who would make the value judgements and keep score from one life to the next. And without a ultimate shot counter and imposer of judgement, that doesn't work out any way I can understand. This reduces karma to, more or less, garbage emotions or energy in, garbage emotions or energy out in the future. And vice versa.
All I can say I am totally blown away with this explanation of Karma.

@@Meta2thee4thx-kINg I would say, all karma is positive because it eventually leads to self-realisation. Without karma there is no way to refine ones distortions.
Watching you is no hardwork !it's smartwork😉
Forrest , they say you carry your impressions or karma in your next birth. What does it mean and how does it work ?
Once you feel your sense of self moving into different locations - consciousness moving - then it starts to make sense that it would survive the loss of the body. Then, if evolution is correct, we would want to take our impressions with us in the unconscious in order to continue to adapt.
Forrest, have you heard of Neville Goddard. A specific part of this reminded me of the stuff he talked about.
Wow I was just thinking the same thing!
You are the second person to bring him up to me recently I think I should go take a look at him. I know of him but I don't think I've read anything from him at least not recently.
@@ForrestKnutson I’ve been studying him recently and especially the technique that I believe is the same as my idea of what true prayer is as you know I mentioned it. He also uses the books of the bible to get his ideas across to his readers. I like that way of explaining things. Like the Gita the bible tells about our inner workings, mental etc. Especially about creation, it is my belief. I’ve been wrong before believe it or not ha ha. I hope you were ok with my articles on the blog, if there is anywhere I seemed to be confused as to my thoughts and how things work please don’t be afraid to correct me. I would rather be accurate and sway anyone away from reading and believing in ideas wrongly. Thanks
@@ForrestKnutson We actually have a recording of his somewhere (who knows where) and he has written several incredible books. We used his input in some of our advanced trainings.
chew that step! :)
That's right! 😂😂

Thank you Andy! 🙏🙏🙏
Help.. my timelines a spiral XD
Oh wow! Float up above it, and then just straighten it for the exercise.
