Episode 7: Subs! Picking the Wrong Subcontractors Can Cost You!

Wait! Before you start a new project, have you picked the right team? Did you do your research on the best subcontractors for this project? Have you had them sign a contract for liability purposes? Do you know the quality of their work?
As a GC you are required to ensure you have the proper team lined up for each job! Having bad, incompetent, and lazy subs can potentially wreck major havoc on your build!
It is VITAL to have competent people working for you! As Dan says, "Just because you can swing a hammer, doesn't make you a contractor!"
