DC: "I think it's all settled out front"
*5 seconds later*
Rowland proceed to run out of energy
The famous commentators curse
What we learnt from Misano is that we need vibranium front wings from gen 4 onwards😅😅
The purpose of new gen 3 car is to reduce broken front wing from previous gen
But its still fail 😂
AND AUTOGRAMM FOR PASCAL WEHRLEIN FOR PORSCHE RACING E TEAM THANKS YOU GERHARD VELTEN
Or drivers who wouldn't crash as much 😂
The front wings are a problem.
@@johanessaja7135in the regulations, Front Wing in the Previous Gen is the best and strong. But in the Now Generation change the car and change the strong car. 😢 the Formula E claim change the car because the Previous Gen is very strong, the Now Gen to reduce strong front wing. And you know the car is very weak can't safe in the side by side.
If F1's track limits rule were to be applied in this race, everyone would be DQed💀
3:53 ABSOLUTE CINEMA
Shades of quatar in wec
i was there, i can confirm
I dont understand? Why cinema?
It`s so much nicer to see this generation of cars on a real racetrack. more of that - PLEASE
Müller has been supremely impressive this season on a dog of a car. I truly hope we see him in a Porsche next season.
As a die hard Wehrlein fan, i agree. He deserves it
Good for both WEC and FE, isn’t Hauger tho going to Porsche tho?
More permanent race tracks!! Really enjoy seeing these cars race on a real track
It's still surreal to see Formula E in an actual racing circuit instead of just narrow hairpin + 90 degree corner simulator street circuits.
If the pack racing problem gets sorted out, we might see more natural road courses in the future
@@AnarRamazanov-po5le the charging could sort that out I think. If they all have to pit in a certain window, for example between lap 16 and 24. That will spread out the field.
You're about 3 years late, mate
What a race! Admid the safety cars was quite the strategy battle even to the line!
More Tracks like these, no more Street Circuits. The Gen 3 works so good at Tracks like these. Like last Year Portland☝🏻
Sachsenring with 2-3 chicanes would be awesome. I'd love to watch them going three-wide through the waterfall
The thing is from what the drivers are saying they despised this event and they despised Portland last year, as rather than it being racing it’s just bumper cars with all skill being removed in favour of luck.
A handful of tracks like this year could work, an entire calendar no
These tracks can work with maximum energy and way less laps. 40kwh - 20 laps.
Short race, but a true race.
@@elcactusdelamuerte506
You actually like the Pelaton?
This and Portland don’t have enough braking zones to recharge so they all go so slow.
@@Nagstersept109868 but the racing counts
F1 moving towards Street circuits while FE move towards real track.
What a time to be alive...
Cassidy absolutely stunning overtake!!! So pleased to see him back on the podium!!
Thanks to Fe for reminding me how fantastic racing can be.
I think the old commentator would have been mad seeing Rowland running out of energy
Enjoyed seeing the cars on a real race track. Looked good.
Noone on the Nissan team asked Ollie to conserve energy? Wow.
More tracks like this please!
Mais uma vez parabéns pelo bom desempenho da ERT mesmo com algumas dificuldades estão superando. Parabéns ao Sérgio Sette Câmara 🏎🏁🇧🇷
Was there at both races and loved it!
I like how it's like at the start of last year with Wehrlein vs Dennis the top
If only F1 was that suspenseful...
F1 should copy their qualifiying format, whish is awesome
Now this is a sport. A battle for the championship. Pascal Wehrlein overtakes Oliver Rowland.
Great race, great weekend, great highlights. Keep it up!!
Awesome bit of racing.
Dennis podium again! Great racecraft
I liked that every 2 laps DiGrassi juped up positions!
What a great race for him! From 19th to 9th!
What a race for Muller too!
#goteamabt !
Congrats to Jehan Daruvala to Finally Get the First Points!
i LOVE when people run out of power, it's what i really liked about the "timed +1 lap" format in previous years- it felt like the right way to work energy into strategy
This didn't have to do anything with strategy, it was a fuck up from Mahindra at the start of the race that caused a wrong energy reading and then another one from Mahindra when they didn't think to much of TVs showing him having much less energy than the rest of the competitors
They should do a race on Laguna Seca one day.
What a dream !!
Love seeing FE on a proper circuit. More of this!
This was top level f1 like action
If the frontwings wouldn't be destroyed after every little contact it would be even better😅
Fun race
seems as the series progresses that the bumping and banging is on the rise.
its been heavier in the past. They had some crazy races
Pascal Wehrlein Driver of the Race
Rowland or Muller were amazing too
@@Lastname6955 Muller not Rowland he f'd up
Porsche showing the way!!! Yesterday and today! Yesterday´s victory being robed unfairly!!!
I do wish to see a full layout of Misano next year. If we can't, then at least removed that awful T8 chicane. It worked on MotoGP, i don't see why it won't work on open wheelers
Wehrlein wasn't "gifted" the win, he earned it by running a better race. It's not like Rowland had a mechanical issue, he simply didn't manage his power.
No, there was a mistake in the software from Nissan's end. Not Rowland's fault at all
@@Lastname6955 'Rowland admitted that he wasn’t aware of his dire energy situation until “it was telling me it should be the last corner and I was going into Turn 4” and that an issue with the lap counter was to blame for the miscalculation.
“How it works is there should be a lap zero so it doesn’t count [at the start], but for some reason when I crossed the startline it dropped to that, I think it was a miss-procedure,” he told Autosport.'
Sounds like Rowland wasn't paying attention. That's driver error.
@nickthaskater that sounds like the team not telling him about the situation, they made a mistake and it happens. Not Rowland's fault
@@Lastname6955 sure.
YES GO PORSCHE 💪
How did Nissan screw up so bad
Not the first time for them, they did this in Mexico once as well
Rowland built up too big of a gap, used up too much energy. Wehrlein was more cautious about his energy usage and that's what won him the race
Software bug on their end. The energy targets were calculated to 1 less lap so car was giving them the wrong data, so they thought they were fine
What a end!
DC got that Crofty commentator curse
Wow, look at those Roomba's go.
So shame for da costa, another really crazy race in misano😮😮😮😮
we’d love to c more FE races on permanent tracks 😁😁
Rowland got Räikonnen experience
Lamaoooo the presenter was giving the winning trophy to jake!!😂😂😂
Jake was like.... well I don't mind it😅😂
Were there any fans at both races?
Muy pocos, pero si hubieron
are track limits not a thing for formula e?
no, thats fine, you can cut all the corners you want, as long as you dont have a used pedal bamper on your car...
as long as one tire touches the curb you are fine.
We are not in F1 here.
@@tomwallach F1 allowed it 10+ years ago 😔
They set the limits to the grass except final corner which was being policed to the kerb.
I think stems from the DNA of the series where usually the wall is the limit, so instead they had the grass be the deterrent in most corners.
At least this was a REAL circuit
That has to be Coulthard commentating 1:57, 3:14, and 3:41
2:23 ah yes, back to reality I see
VAMOS NISSAN Y SACHA FENESTRAZ TODAVIA
Ollie said afterwards that he felt like it was too good to be true. Wish he had just sat in behind Wehrlein and he could have still podiumed or won the race even with incorrect targets.
Will he also be disqualified?
I would'nt be surprised as they should of given at least 1 extra lap for the SC but the FIA did'nt
Sam a fais la pire course de sa vie 😂
De Vries just lives in 15th position SMH
Rowland just handed it to him 🤦♂️
They need to review the track limits. Make it the white line and stop this nonsense. You can see on the top shots at the hairpin it's ridiculous the lines they take, they literally cut the hairpin. Are they also going to do this at Monaco? Will they push the walls out while taking a corner?
I think its better like this, they have more space to play with. It allows for various lines into corners. Also the kerbs have a different grip and many times you see at exit drivers struggling for grip, sliding...which is spectacular. With this you can see different approaces in drivers styles, some use all the space avalaible, some go tighter but smoother.
The white line situation is bland, linear and stales things up.(also a pain in the arse to monitor).
I hope they don't go with this on F1 route and make it boring.
But what happened Nissan 😢 how can that happen
Now disqualify him
The commentator's curse at its absolute finest
また日産は充電に苦しめられたな... 東京でもずっとトップを走っていたからその危険性を知っていると思っていたんだけど。
They look so slow on proper race circuits, like golf carts!
They're pretty nippy on the straights. Just lack overall grip through the corners. However, the cars themselves aren't really that slow.
It's just they are going slow in the races. At least at the start of the race. There were moments in the beginning of the race where they were going like 10 seconds slower than their qualy laps. Then from mid point of the race they were like 2 seconds off qualy pace.
The speed was just all over the place due to the energy management.
Funny radio content please,
What is wrong with buemi
how t f do u {editor} manage to get worst shot for the best moments , 4.54 ( a upper shot could be better ) , for some crutial overtake let there be a extra footage before the overtake to enterprete whats gonna happen
yo
empty stands lol
I think Misano only ever gets a crowd for MotoGP. Most other championships struggle
I saw on Misano instagram that it was sold out, they probably opened only few stands (which is understandable as it was the first edition).
I would watch much more Formula e if they raced in true racing tracks like this, instead of those silly urban "tracks".
I’m anti-pelaton
Porsche will be disqualified again🤣🤣🤣
What are you gaining by hiding the highlights on TH-cam? Why not post the whole race? Instead you show it on some random tv channel that no one watches and never advertise it. No wonder it’s not popular, you’ve gotta be a fricken detective to find it FFS
Holy moly. So I am a relatively new fan to F1, and after reading some comments about how interesting FE is on the F1 reddit I decided to try and watch an FE race... I guess this video is about as far into FE as I will be getting. haha.
Aren't you guys going to find a bolt out of spec and hand over the to whomever you feel like? Another FIA competition surrounded by "mysteries"... What a joke.
When the commentator's sound much louder than the cars themselves. F1 wins.😅
Isn't that basically the same for F1...
pfft the V6 vaccum cleaners aren't much better sound wise. last time F1 had sound was in 2013
King Bongz 🦍🦍🦍
Not an chaotic style like Saturday but the super sunday even an spectacular festival of mixed emotions and suprise moments, Nio got it now! after post race controversy Rowland got the premiere finally but both of the front fighters messing up today - unlucky for Rowland on the last lap Cassidy on podium it's an comeback, Wehrlein with the touring car advantage he drove it home in style Dennis maniac defends - Misano the new home of Fe E-Prix in Italy
Grande porsche Müller great effort from the back almost an podium, Maserati from podium only top 10 is not what they expected but points are useful anyway,
Monaco will slow them down a bit from this frantic thrilling racing pack Berlin & Portland hope for another freaky pile up battle of legends 🏁🥳😎🍾🫶🥶🤯🏆🤩
