    Genesis is my favorite book of the Bible. I was blown away when I realized the whole message of the Bible is captured completely in that book. Everything from creation to salvation to judgment. That was a life changer for me.

    God’s grace and protection over Bonnie and you John. I’m 70 years old and dearly love the zeal and energy you have in your service to the Master. I draw strength from your effort and never grow tired of learning God’s truths from servants like you. It is christians like yourselves that the Lord uses to keep me growing in chaotic times like ours. I love praying for your ministry and just added you to our modest offerings to support this ministry of Christ Jesus. NEVER GIVE THIS UP ! To God be all the Honor and Glory FOREVER !

    Are we allowed to read or listen to books about demons? The book of Enoch has my interest and the 1st and 2nd book of Adam and Eve also.
    Why were these not added to the bible?
    In case you're wondering why I'm interested about demons, is I've watched some videos on storied about Solomon and demons. It would be good to know what to watch out for, in this world and the next. Thank you. Be blessed.

      Consider that the Bible has sufficient detail on demons. Enough to instruct a Christian in two main points. They are real. And second, under our resistance to them, they must yield. My personal view is an echo of C.S. Lewis in the form of a warning. An unhealthy interest in devils must be identified and corrected. Hope this helps

      I would recommend looking up Dr Michael Heiser. There are short videos he’s done with the Bible Project and many longer ones. His explanation of the Divine Council is a good starting point. He is an absolutely fantastic teacher, alongside Dr Barnet. Both have really opened up the bible for me. Dr Heiser has a specialism in trying to understand the supernatural realm and explains things really well. He says that those other books, although not canonical, can be helpful in understanding the biblical writers’ world view at the time and this open up the bible to us even more fully. Blessings!

Listen to your children. They get it. Wake up. Hold your leaders accountable.

Tell everyone you meet how much Jesus loves them and ask if you can give them a hug. Those that love Him will love you. Those that hate Him will reject you. Those are demons that must not be allowed around our children. They want to eat them. Wake up. He loves you I love you. Yeshua bless you all. In Jesus name . Amen.

    Murder is sin, what happens if a Christian kills a burglar during a robbery?!?

    • @dixoncesarean3338
      @dixoncesarean3338 3 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      "murder" does not equal "kill" and in Hebrew it is written as "Thou shalt not murder". Murder often times are premeditated or based on vengeance/wrath, whereas kill is usually used in a way like "I just killed a cockroach!". Therefore in your case it is killing a burglar because of self defense, not murder. In the end, God knows the hearts of men.

      @@shayannesmith3953 no problem. Maybe another example could be about soldiers. When you do your job as a soldier killing your enemies, is it a sin? When it's a situation of kill or be killed, everything becomes grey. In the end really, the answer is in God's hand and we can only speculate about this. But if I have to choose, to be honest I would choose to be killed since my life is eternal in Him, surpassing any death. All that believes in Jesus knows that life isn't about living on earth anymore, but the next eternity after the judgments, so death is simply a passageway.

      David killed an innocent man, and he was forgiven after he repented.
      I think it has to be with the intentionality of the kill.

    • @willeton

      Because Satan told them it was bad, demons and him cannot procreate. So probably an act of spite to imply that the naked body is terrible and pornographic. Hence the stupid idea that its shameful to be naked in public etc, and that nudity = sex.

    There is no word in hebrew for half brother. Is it possible that Cain and Abel had the same mother but not the same father? Why wouldn't Cain be listed in Genesis 5 as one of Adam's descendents? This serpent of Genesis 3 could talk and is described as cunning and Eve was beguiled by him. If this serpent is merely a snake how would he be able to do all these things? Is it a coincidence that in Revelation 20:1-2 an old serpent is said to be the devil and satan? "20 And I saw an angel come down from heaven, having the key of the bottomless pit and a great chain in his hand.
    2 And he laid hold on the dragon, that old serpent, which is the Devil, and Satan, and bound him a thousand years,"
    Another coincidence is in the gospel of Matthew both John the baptist who Christ describes as the greatest of all the prophets and Christ- God himself in the flesh both describe the scribes and pharisees in Judea as a generation of vipers. In both instances the word used for generation is strongs greek 1081 gennéma: offspring
    Original Word: γέννημα, ατος, τό
    Part of Speech: Noun, Neuter
    Transliteration: gennéma
    Phonetic Spelling: (ghen'-nay-mah)
    Definition: offspring
    Usage: offspring, child, fruit.
    Were both John and Christ saying that these people were a race of snakes? Of course they were not and John and Christ were not slanderers or bearing false witness. Men were held accountable for there words in those days.

    • @JohnSmith-jr8cq
      @JohnSmith-jr8cq 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      In the parable of the wheat and the tares in Matthew Christ clarifies that the devil has children, and again in John 8. My point in the prior comment was that if John and Christ called the scribes and pharisees a race of vipers when they clearly were not actual snakes but people that maybe the serpent of Genesis is not actually a serpent but satan or a descendent of him. Just as Christ spoke only in parables similar language was used in ancient times to describe things.
