Good Morning Chris, another Good start to my Saturday morning listening to these unbelievable complaints about cruising. Still trying to figure out why some of these people cruise in the first place.
1. Its not even Halloween yet! Why are you already whining about Xmas? How is Frosty the Snowman religious brainwashing? 😂😂😂 I am not a fan of X-Mas music, but I am not a fan of pop music either. Lol... I certainly dont demand that the cruiselines play nothing but hard rock music. (Starting in the early 70s up to 2010) Most people love Xmas music, and pop music. I wish everyday was Halloween but, thats too bad huh? SMH. Gaudy Xmas Decor is everywhere by the day after Thanksgiving. A grown adult doesn't understand yet that most folks LOVE that stuff? Its not just about me! (Or the OP) I seriously doubt there were many decorations depicting Jesus. News Flash, Santa, Rudolph, and Frosty have no place in religion 😂😂😂😂😂😂 2. Lmao is a Cattle Prod really on the list??? 😂😂😂😂. Carnival allows lots of stuff NCL and others do not. No beverages can be brought on NCL. (Except 2 bittles of vino) Why would you not contact the cruiseline for special needs? Wahhhhhh.. Bring a can or cardboard carton. Once again, the OP had to insult JH. SMH. Unreal.. 3. My hubby brings is BP. Machine when he needs it.. Why did they not bring it??? Its not a large item lmao. My hubby has one i❤n his rig. I loved JHs reply. When have you gone to a doctor in US and were not charged? 4. Sighhhhhh. If you have an attitude like that why are you on a cruise. She is just mad nobody sang to her. OMG singing on the fun ships? No way! LMAO I love this response too. Poetic justice indeed. LOLOLOLOLOL Wish I could be there. Yes film it!!! We need to see that. I hate people sometimes... most of the time... okay, all the time... 😂

As USUAL the complainers ARE "wrong"! On our last cruise out table to 10 would always sing along and had a GREAT time. Keep up the good work bring us more absurdities next Saturday

2. I bet she could've brought a small canister of protein powder instead, right? Either way, yeah, just check the website, or call ahead of time and ask.
3. If it's SO important to check your blood pressure often, I don't see how you could forget to bring your monitor with you. Ya get what ya get in their case.
4. lol... that's really funny. I hope she hates it.... actually, maybe she'll have a change of heart and enjoy it. I doubt it though.

I hate Christmas. I only do it for the grand-babies BUT I don’t Grinch everybody else’s love of Christmas.

I am not even close to religious (atheist), but the Christmas season is my favorite orite! The decorations, the music ,the festive feeling, and MOST people being happy and friendly. Dang, just don't cruise if you are hating happiness and joy that much. Sheesh. Christmas can be as religious or non-religious as you make it. And on a cruise ship, it's most magical.
Oh man I so hope the staff is doing the happy birthday song to the complainer in chief. One of my favorite cruises was in December during Christmas. Don’t take down decorations for single grinch onboard. We already have the real Grinch on board for Christmas sailings. He was nice haha, got some great photos with him and the kids.

1) Christmas music - it is that time of year. Personally, I do not observe Christmas religiously, but I know that if I were sailing in December I would expect AND enjoy the Christmas decorations and festivities. It is selfish to demand that a public place bow down to your preferences - especially when a cruise is a vacation choice. These types of attitudes are dividing us as a society.
2) Protein shakes - you said it well. 99.99999% chance the way she was treated was a reaction to the way she behaved when denied.
3) BP machine - I have one issued by a medical company and it is easy to pack up and travel with. Personal note - I purchased one of those wrist machines and they are not very accurate. I will say this. I agree with being charged for medical services & it is also stated in the contract. But personally, I do not believe the medical center should be a revenue generating venue, like a specialty restaurant or bar. So my question is - HOW MUCH was the charge each time they had their BP checked? Was it $10 or $50 or $100, etc.? The answer to that makes a difference.
4) Birthday - they are on the wrong cruise line. I would love to see what happens should what John H. said take place. It is the "fun ship" and Carnival has no intention of changing that.
