- Ever wondered what our days are filled with, and wanted to see what it is like to be in "a day in the life of" Brooklyn and Bailey? Since Drill Team is a huge part of our lives, we decided to show you what game day is like for us, from start to finish!

We start at 5am where we get up and get ready for Seminary/Bible Study, which starts at 6am. From there, we head to the High School at 7am for drill practice on the football field. (It is these early morning practices where we get ready and learn the dance routines for game day, pep rallys, and competition.)
Many of us girls on the dance team get to provide the choreography, and we often get to help pick out the music, too. We love our squad so much, and think of them as sisters!
So, this is literally my life during football season! It can get grueling, but drill team is very rewarding! Some of the girls on the dance team you may even recognize, like Faith and Ali! We love our squad so much, and think of them as sisters!

This was before they got septoplasty they sound very nasal.
They're both so beautiful but for different reasons. As they get older, they sort of start to develop their own looks and choose how they think they look best individually, rather than matching constantly.

I'm from Utah and at our games we have a marching band, colorguard, cheerleaders, and drill team but the cheerleaders don't perform at half-time all our other teams do though, and my school was voted "the most school spirt" in the whole state of Utah. We are dedicated to our football!!

I think you guys should make a "stretching and practicing routine" video for drill teams. Just to kind of see what you have to do on the daily to keep up with your drill team. I've always wanted to join one but I want to know what you have to do and about how much time goes into being on a team. An info vid would be so helpful!

I was on drill, and we basically do all the same thing except for the hats and outfits! And idk if you compete, but we competed like 4 different dances that we practice for months and months🤣😭 and we had a LOT of working out and cardio, plus being up at 5:30am to run 2 miles. Are you guys more like a cheerleader or like a dance team? I’m just interested to know how different drill team is in another state🤍

but here's the thing , once my classmates found out my channel, which they will . They will just bully you ... trust me . One of my classmates did something like that and their reaction was awful 😣

I’m so excited for color guard in high school. I went to a game yesterday and the color guard made me and my friends feel like we were already w them. We did stretches w them and they had us perform a little dance at halftime w them. We did the cheers in the stands as well. They had so many traditions that we got included in it was amazingggggggg can I just not do eighth grade and go straight to high school??

catie smith I would say it is different for everyone because I LOVED dancing in college. Although I didn't have a dance/drill team in HS so I have nothing to compare it too, but dance team in college was the best! It was an easy was to make friends as a freshman and those friendships lasted all throughout my college years! Dance team was also a nice break from studying and other homework, it was tough to balance but I did it!
catie smith It's less fun because it's more serious and my rehearsals end at 10 pm and I have tons of studying to do afterwards. It just kinda seems like a job. I had to quit for 2 semesters because I couldn't do school and dance at the same time but I'm gonna go back in January and hopefully it gets better. It was just more fun in high school because I didn't have that problem.

Drill team is more of a dance (jazz, hip hop etc.), while cheer is more a stunt team. Both are very different, and are interesting to watch.

Drill Team is a like a synchronized dance team. In Texas we have cheerleaders as well. Unlike cheerleaders, drill teams perform during halftime
Drill team is usually JV Dance Team and then Dance Team is like the Varsity Dance Team
