But what sets it apart from the rest is the peaceful atmosphere set in lush green surroundings with attractive seasonal flowers and beautiful birds to give you the most relaxing holiday you've ever have. Nirala Resort started in 2000. 60 rooms in 10 acres(approx 25 bighas) of land. The rooms have a cosy look with modern furniture and some of them are air conditioned.
It is very near to Kolkata, and Nirala Resort makes an ideal base for those wishing to travel around Kolkata, isolated and quiet, and yet just a pleasant one and a half hours drive from Kolkata along Bombay Road.
