Great review gentlemen!! I have owned over 20 new ford trucks. 150, 250 and F350 in gas and diesel engines. As you know I bought a 2020 f350 diesel in February. I compared it against the 2019 f350, the ram and the GM offerings. After driving all 4 I bought the Ford...again. the 2020 has 10 speed transmission compared to 19s 6 speed. Made a big difference in MPG. And towing my loaded 42 ft 5th wheel at over 16,000 lbs was not an issue at all. 1050 lb ft of Torque is just insane! thank ya'll again for doing it the Car Confections way.
The diesel sounds so good. It’s one nice truck. I guess I’d be looking at one like this, if I needed a new domestic HD truck. Thanks for another great review.

I honestly believe a gallon of water can fit inside of the center armrest, maybe not with MB hubcap but with your stack of coupons for sure 😉. I saw some Rally's coupons in the stack, no Rally's restaurants here in the 605. Quick aside, which is the biggest city in Kentucky, Lexington or Louisville? Both seem like huge metropolitan cities, but I do not live there so I'm not sure. I hope you two will possibly be able to review the 2020 Land Rover Defender on your channel since it's such an iconic vehicle.

i mean its absolutely insane but christ the f250s are just getting to be unwieldy around town. Weve got most our dudes in F150 ecoboost and they are zero complaints. have a couple 6.7s in house we use for massive interstate hauls, but just cant justify them anymore at the daily level with how capable the 150;s have gotten...

Thanks! I'm not sure if we'll be able to make a comparo between the two of them since we haven't reviewed the 2020 Armada. But the biggest difference between them are the updates to the cabin of the Qx80 with 2-screens, new tech and gauges
Caleb Niederhofer that’s how all manufacturers measure engine output. You don’t measure torque at the wheels, because it will change depending on what gear you are in, what the axle ratio is, and the size of the tires. 🤦♂️

That’s the only way the numbers really mean anything to us. If you’re going to use your own metrics, what are you comparing them with? If they went with your idea, manufactures could cheat by changing the gearing or tire size to something that looks great on the dyno, but wouldn’t be desirable in the real world. Flywheel dyno lets us compare the engines. Owning two diesels doesn’t mean you know shit about anything. Lol.

Can someone please explain to me why a diesel engine adds $10,000 to the cost of a vehicle? ALL vehicles need angines. Engines of all types cost similar amounts to produce and install. So.....WTF?

14 mpg..is very bad...in fact it is very Lousy....and the price...is even worse....do not buy this truck...rent it...Dodge has a Wonderful truck too With a better rental program...fyi...dont know about GMC/ Chevrolet...but am going to Look....The price of all these vehicles is clear the " Hell " way to high...these prices are the prices of a house in many small towns...fyi

This truck looks SO GOOD! Great review as always.
My 2020 F-350 crew cab 6.7L has 700 miles on it and it gets 16-17 mpg around town and on a rural road going 30-40 mph. That's pretty good.
fuel efficiency in mpg (maximum): 19 city/ 27 highway minimum: equivalent to the escalade, 9 city/ 11 highway
That 10 Speed transmission is awesome and a great add to the 250...

Those are are flywheel numbers lol. This truck does have a insane amount of torque , but it is not a 1000lbs of torque. Closer to 800-850 range.

Ford needs to get rid of that massive front splitter, I don't think it's necessary to have it. It spoils the look of the front end.
