Hi I’m unable to get captcha. And so without it, it’s not letting me register. Is there an other process or any changes made recently? Tried all the browsers but there’s something wrong with getting captcha

After 22/12/2023, new applicants need to register through www.gujaratuniversity.ac.in/onlineservices link, click on "New Application" under online services.

Old site does not work properly, captcha is not working (They should at least redirect new users to the new portal)

@@ruchitpatel107 Through this website they ask you to pay first and then upload required forms. Is it entire online process or do we have to physically send sealed transcripts envelop to IQAS like back in the days?

@@pandyakrunal111 I am still not sure, I am trying to make an application for WES, which used to be an online process.
They should either let us know before if they are making digital transmission to institutions like WES, or have the payment process at the end, just so we know what we are doing.

Did anyone succeed to get their marksheets mailed or transmitted digitally to WES ? If yes please reply. I have been trying this for 2 months and finally I submitted the application through new link but I’m not sure GU is sending it to WES or not.

if we are doing wes for PR then also we have to select “mark-sheet option” in “attested option”?

you have to go to wes and register for the account first , theywill tell you what you need to uplad based on your qualification for IRCC .
In my case I have to upload the degree certificate in WES website of WES , the marsheets need to be verified by the clg so I did verified the marksheet only

How to get a transcript from Gujarat university?

Hyy !! I’ve been trying to get transcript from the Gujarat University and WES verification also …but this website you have shown in the video it’s not working any more ! They are saying that the contract with edulab has finished so we have to move forward through online service from Gujarat university. My concern is first they r asking for a payment but I have no idea that after payment process will complete or not ! And also i have question that I don’t have any transcript from my clg which is under Gujarat University.so should I just upload my all marksheets for transcript or I have to grab transcript first from the clg !?? Pls it’s urgent!! Anyone has any idea about the process or already done then pls let me know !!!

I did mine recently. You can opt for NSDC trust expedite service. It is available on your WES account. When you log into your WES account it should show. Send them your marksheet , degree and transcript ( transcript from your college as GU does not give transcript.) they will verify and send it to WES. Or you can opt for online service from Gujarat university. And then courier the sealed envelope to WES.

@@parthjoshi1827 okay got it ! So after getting transcript from clg we don’t need to visit university,we can send all the required documents direct to the NSDC trust and they will send to the WES. This is the exact process right !btw Thank you so much for the information!!

@@prakrutigajjar6968 Yes that's what I did. Because they will verify the documents with the university so we don't need to get them verified from the university. But start your process fast. WES is very slow sometimes (takes months sometimes). Would recommend applying for ECA from two institutions. One from WES and then choose any other like CES or other.

To Get The transcript even from the new portal , You have to pay first either with credit card and Debit card and then U have to uplad the marksheet.
Once U upload marksheet they will give you a print out.
You have to take this print out and go to the university and provide the bard copy of Marksheet . They will verify within month.
For Degree and Wes evaluation it is better to check wes.org. Type ur university name and then they will show u simple process. May be sitting at home becuase wes just need elctronic degree or marsheet so .

Gujarat university says on circular not to apply on Gujarat university student center. You have to choose online service or any affiliated services with WES or other ECA bodies.
