Inviting guests is a fantastic idea! The way people use software tools often depends on their job roles. Having a guest for instance from sales to discuss how they use Copilots would particularly resonate with other sales professionals in your audience
Thank you Dries. I agree that it would be great to have guests from a range of roles and industries. Hearing their stories and seeing examples in action inspires us to adapt what we see to our own work.
I love the concept of trying to apply a different approach and narrative style as you have with the workouts. This is a great idea to engage a different audience and in a different way. Well done Darrell!
loved the workouts approach, inspiring approach for user adoption ! I look forward to your sessions in the next year. Small 'concern' (by lack of a better word) when bringing on guests. I love the fact that your videos always "get right at it" and are very hands-on. I look forward to the guest approach similarly not losing time in complementary "chitchat" (hope that doesn't sound disrespectful)
Thank you for the feedback about the workout format. It’s fun to find relatable analogies and parallels of fitness and work. For guest episodes, I want to dive straight into the workout after a quick intro. Then circle back and discuss it in detail, also learning more about our guest, their background and how they work. I hope that starting in the action will satisfy the viewers looking for quick answers, while the detailed discussion feeds the interest of someone looking for long-form content.
Well, I must confess that I feel sorrow for not being watching your videos that much I wanted - other interests beyond Microsoft updates are taking place alongside, even because most of those innovations depend on my company to set them free for us to use, but it does take a loooong time to happen (IF it will happen someday...😢). However, to be honest with you, Darrell, anything you do or show or demonstrate in your channel, I will certainly be interested to see. You've got a personal way to transmit knowledge that I simply love! If you've just decided to show us recipes of daily food you're testing, I would love to watch it for sure! 😍 Regarding the points you've mentioned, the idea to show Microsoft resources along with physical rehearsal sounds interesting, as long as talking about programs and apps different from the Micro world. Whatever the way your channel comes over in 2025, it will be successful! Hoping to see the changes!
Thank you for your support Cassio. I appreciate it’s difficult when your workplace is slow to approve features to use. I hope some of what I cover is of use to you. I will also cover concepts about modern work that apply to other software platforms too. Happy new year and have a prosperous 2025.

Thank you Nick. The workout theme should be a source of lots of different productivity analogies.
Great! Think it will up your channel - go for it, mate!
Look forward to seeing what you do with the channel in 2025 Darrell! If you need a guest, I am always willing to drop in too! 😀
Of course my friend, and likewise. How is that podcast idea coming along?
