I blind brought this fragrance 😢. It is one of the most challenging fragrances that have ever smelled. The bottle taunts me on my dresser 😅 I will attempt to wear this and the coldest of winter 😢
@fragrance instinct you smelled it, didn't you? This is supposed to be your first impression. I sampled it at home twice and wore it to work a day after. It could change a bit, but I need more juniper though. And I think he should substitute the "caramel " note for simply tonka coumanrin or bitter almond note.
In my few wearings I didn't pick out all those noted listed. On my skin the oregano overpowered and without looking at the list I was not able to pick out a lot of those notes. But I will try to wear it more and see how many more i can pickup. This one is hard for the people around me, so I don't get to wear it often.
It's a monster. 💩 But with soft sides. The dry down is animalic but warm. A toned down frag (I think the perfumer was inspired), is Caron Yatagan. That one has some freshness but has also that castoreum leather notes but smells more barbershop pine
@@fragranceinstinct wearing this today at work! SUBLIME It's not as scary, as people think. I just got a compliment from an older woman. She said " you smell really good!"
@@deanrice3515 do you know what, I am going to do it, to wear it around people. taking your lead. Wait. do you work indoors with AC? because I really can't imagine this under the heat of the sun.
@@fragranceinstinct No, I work outside! More than 1 person today, told me I smell...REALLY GOOD! I put this on at 11am this morning and it's still going!
Thanks for sharing your thoughts I really love this fragrance
Thank you! To be honest I am surprised how much some people seems to enjoy this fragrance. Happy to know it is being appreciated.
Picked up at a great price! Intriguing, unique but surprisingly accessible actually

Definitely sit down with it again. I'm considering buying one more because they probably won't make it again.

This and Africa Olifant sound amazing. I've been looking for a great Labdanum, castoreum, civet fragrance.
Sounds like you have no fear about the heavy hitters. Haha. I will try to spend more time with Afrika Olifant then do a review.
@fragrance instinct as long as it's not very hyrax heavy.
@fragrance instinct just picked up an original bottle of Interlude Man before they changed the bottles.
@@PYRO200055412 That sounds awesome! Do you have experience with the newer bottle to compare?
@fragrance instinct possibly unfortunately... this mfer sent me a reformulated bottle with the name on the front or a total fake. Going right back.
So this fragrance is knocking my socks off and I don't know if it's in a good way 😅.. I'mma give it a week and check back in
I own this fragrance and from the first sniff...IT'S AMAZING!
Another brave 👃

@@deanrice3515 alright, I got to do it too.
It just smells like a minty juniper / pine from the cap of mine 🤔
Humans are animals. This isn’t actually debatable.
This is one of the worst fragrances I ever smelt.. sample directly into the bin just could not put it on my skin no way
Just a constructive comment, is not appealing not to see the face of a reviewer, at least for me.. but well is a personal choice. Good luck.
🤢
From the look on your face, I guess you have tried this. 🤣
@@fragranceinstinct sure have!
