good stuff bro. as u said consistency is key and running parallel to that same thought but a much more subtler aspect of consistency is the fluctuation of emotions and how to override emotions through focus and will and operate through a pure thought/cerebral level. high performing athletes get into these states naturally but often times dont know the mechanics behind it or cant reproduce these states at will when they may need it. try to differentiate your body/physical energy from your senses(touch sight etc) which trigger memories that trigger emotions. if u do meditation and are sensitive enough u can recognize and differentiate these internal actions much more easily and intuitively. u will see that the physical energy field is much grosser and rough while the sensory/emotional energy field is much smoother and subtler. after u can feel/know the difference of texture and activity of these physical and sensory energy fields u can sense the even subtler field of thought or intellect. this intellect or thought field which is known as buddhi is the state im referring to when i say pure cerebral/thought level. the buddhi acts on your memories and the information gained through the senses and filters it. so it bypasses the emotional energy field and if u operate on this level u achieve peak efficiency and consistency since emotions hold no power to influence your mind and actions anymore. to stay in this cerebral mode consistently takes a lot of focus and practise but since u are a top tier athlete those aspects are pretty well developed already and u probably go into the purely cerebral state while focusing very intensely during a game many times. but to go into this state at will can be really useful when u are feeling subpar or even too excited or hyped it will rebalance u into a state of almost mechanical consistency and accuracy if u manage to understand what i said above and tap into this state through sensing and grabbing hold of this thought energy field which pervades your emotional field and is slightly above it since it is of a lower density like how clouds float above the land . this thought field is mainly around the middle cerebral region so between your eyebrows is where this field is highly active and u can use that as a point of focus to grab hold of this field. good luck bro wish u the best, hope u can make use of what i said and make time in your busy schedule to work on this for a little while. the rewards are insane i promise u that.

Hello. It’s mostly all self financed. Usually if you train at an academy, they provide shuttles.
