Another method is to capture the one that's there, then go to map, pass time. Save game and then reload and the game will refresh the den with a new Graphorn, just crank the difficulty down if you need to to make the farm go quicker.
Honestly... opened up the video while flying over to the den to get started on the grind... only for there to be a shiny female graphorn waiting for me, safe to say I found that rather easy
If you haven’t tried it yet use the lord of the shore graphorn to fight the others it goes 1000 times faster just running the lord of the shore into them
I do a combination of those methods. So I make sure I'm about 80-100m away from the den. After checking what's there, I leave, wait (change time on the map), save & then load. I just got a shiny graphorn and it took about 30 mins. I've got all my shinys this way. Happy Hunting 😊
So .....Not a glitch but I just took down a graphorn without it ever attacking me......I just stayed on top of the giant rock in the middle and threw everything I had at her and took her down easily.....😅.....Edit....have done this several times now....also if you have Chinese Chomping Cabbages...might want to utilize those. About 4 will take down the graphorn
I'm lvl 33 and I just defeated all of them in like a minute or 2 with bombarda, confringo, diffindo, and expelliarmus, then I went to the nearest fast travel point, waited, and then came back and repeated, got it on like my 5th try plus a bunch of free money. If your having trouble killing it then just use lord of the shore to do it.

How do you find the Graphorn when you beat it and accidently teleported away and it's no longer there??? I tried to reload the autosave by the fight before I teleported but its no longer there and I really don't want to fight it again. Any advice? Can't find any forums online.
So I just farmed one still have to go catch it now took about an hour I sat on top of the rock it's behind and stayed on the other side of it I'd go invisible see if was shiny if it wasn't I backed up so I'd be out of sight than changed night or day saved and then reloaded save and it just worked for me

I did a manual save just before seeing the graphorn, but I got the feeling that every time I reload the save it is the same graphorn. Am I trippin or am I doing something wrong?

So, I've tried the trick a few times, (the saving and reloading method) but my game will not stop crashing, and my graphorn always remains the very same variant, for example, I've been getting the regular male graphorn nonstop. I'm not sure what to do, as I'd love to get a shiny graphorn to add to my collection, but I guess it'll just take more tries.. right?

Bruh everytime I go to the graphorn den it’s the same graphorn…. And I’m level 33 finished all quests execpt for The House cup and I have 6 more side quests

We will just have to get lucky to find a shiny graphorn the chances of finding a shiny graphorn don’t change as you level up you just have to spot an albino white one in the den when you go looking for more graphorns the Albino white ones most likely don’t spawn as much, it took one player 300 some tries before they got an albino white/a shiny graphorn.
I feel there’s no point in making gear good. By the time your completely maxed out level wise there’s really nothing to do. I wish I could build my gear and then use it for stuff that’s actually worthwhile.
@nexuvareldari7418:100% sure there isn’t anything else besides the skin color you’d just be finding a graphorn in a different color than the original one since the original ones are reddish brown and appear a lot more and the shiny ones are albino white and are more rare but both graphorns give you graphorn horns after they have eatten and been brushed. it would just be a different colored graphorn for your vivarium to go next to the original one

Most people waited a day to a week for changes to the baby animals a baby witch or a baby wizard doesn’t grow up in a day to a week neither doesn’t a baby animal . day/night doesn't seem to do anything. funny enough. I tried the "manual save" method, but everytime I see the exact same graphorn and IK there are at least several variants. I had been doing the "just play the game" method since day one... and lemme say, it took hundreds of to and fro to even see a shiny unicorn... So I need a faster method for this bs lol
yea... none of these methods work... I tried them all even combinations of them. The only tried and true I've seen so far, is to catch any graphorn there, leave, then come back... I was hoping for a faster, more efficient method

@@RapperrFilipsometimes you have teleport somewhere else like a very long ways back or out of the den entirely then go back to the den or you have go through almost 300 or more graphorns before you’ll get one that you don’t have it took me going like 7 or 8 male original ones to get a female original one so I have almost 10 original graphorns or more

@Mamaricco:it’s not really killed when you aren’t riding it it goes back into the bag it usually stays with you since I don’t think it can be killed when you have it as a mount it does lose stamina for a bit but then reloads it’s stamina.
I got my shiny female graphorn on the 1st try. I went back, deciding to amuze myself and joust with it by using the Lord of the sea and to my surprise my opponent was a shiny female graphorn. Still trying for a baby through. I had managed to breed shiny testral( one of the parents is shiny), niffler( both parents are shiny), unicorn( from one shiny parent, however no difference between the shiny and non shiny baby) and 2 shiny hippogriphs( from highwing and calico( the black preorder bonus). Now I am trying for shiny kneezle( both parents are shiny). Also I was curious if breeding shinies results in normal colour and I breed the nifflers multiple times and the result was always a shiny baby. Now I am doing an experiment with the hippogriphs, I have calico as my only male and three females( highwing, a shiny one and a normal one). I already know that calico and highwing produce shiny offsprings but I am curious if its in their code, so I am curious what ratio of shiny will be pruduced by my shiny hippogriph mother and my bronze hippogriph mother. For those people interested about the result of my hypogryph shiny hatchling experiment...When I bred calico to highwing result was 50-50 for shiny, when calico and the shiny hypogriph where the parents I had 100 percent success rate for shiny and when the normal hypogryph was the mother I had 0 shiny hatchlings. That experiments was repeated 4 times with each female. That tells me that both highwing and calico had the shiny gene code however it probably depends on the pairing if it activates or not as when bred to the shiny female the game probably read calico code as shiny male, while when bred to the normal bronze hypogryph then his code was read as a normal male. It was an interesting experiment to do. However still no luck with the shiny graphorn offspring, who knew that they would be one of the hardest ones to breed.
@@Megz1794 Well luck of the draw. I had to reboot my unicorn spot 56 times before a shiny unicorn popped up. Also now in total I have 3 shiny graphorns as I really wanted a shiny baby and I had trouble for a shiny male. Long story short before getting my male another shiny female popped up.
@@gsdlife09 that happens though since the shiny ones are rare I lost count of how many original graphorns I went through just to get my 2 shiny graphorns one male and one female.

The shiny ones are more rare and are albino white, the only difference between the two is their color one is reddish brown the other is albino white but they both still give you a graphorn horn kind of like how the fwoopers,jobberknolls,and certain other animals come in different colors the graphorns come in a second color

They aren’t effected by the time of day though it’s mainly more about luck with the graphorns for shiny ones than it is about the time of day

When you say reload the game, do you mean close it and re open or go to the setting option called Load Save and load the manual save?

Honestly, this is an old video, and I have not played the game in a while. It should still work, but I would definitely check other videos.
Method two has been patched as well so the only way is to defeat floo powder wait defeat again.

So my graphorn was killed on the way to my trial...now what?
Once you completely log out and log back in and should be back at the location. Or are you just may have to play that mission again.

I got my shiny female graphorn on the 1st try. I went back, deciding to amuze myself and joust with it by using the Lord of the sea and to my surprise my opponent was a shiny female graphorn. Still trying for a baby through. I had managed to breed shiny testral( one of the parents is shiny), niffler( both parents are shiny), unicorn( from one shiny parent, however no difference between the shiny and non shiny baby) and 2 shiny hippogriphs( from highwing and calico( the black preorder bonus). Now I am trying for shiny kneezle( both parents are shiny). Also I was curious if breeding shinies results in normal colour and I breed the nifflers multiple times and the result was always a shiny baby. Now I am doing an experiment with the hippogriphs, I have calico as my only male and three females( highwing, a shiny one and a normal one). I already know that calico and highwing produce shiny offsprings but I am curious if its in their code, so I am curious what ratio of shiny will be pruduced by my shiny hippogriph mother and my bronze hippogriph mother. For those people interested about the result of my hypogryph shiny hatchling experiment...When I bred calico to highwing result was 50-50 for shiny, when calico and the shiny hypogriph where the parents I had 100 percent success rate for shiny and when the normal hypogryph was the mother I had 0 shiny hatchlings. That experiments was repeated 4 times with each female. That tells me that both highwing and calico had the shiny gene code however it probably depends on the pairing if it activates or not as when bred to the shiny female the game probably read calico code as shiny male, while when bred to the normal bronze hypogryph then his code was read as a normal male. It was an interesting experiment to do. However still no luck with the shiny graphorn offspring, who knew that they would be one of the hardest ones to breed.

@@Megz1794 Well luck of the draw. I had to reboot my unicorn spot 56 times before a shiny unicorn popped up. Also now in total I have 3 shiny graphorns as I really wanted a shiny baby and I had trouble for a shiny male. Long story short before getting my male another shiny female popped up.
@@gsdlife09 that happens though since the shiny ones are rare I lost count of how many original graphorns I went through just to get my 2 shiny graphorns one male and one female.
@@gsdlife09 And it take me a while to find the shiny ones I did have to go through more original ones before shiny ones popped up and they did make them so big that the graphorns could just have trouble spawning in
@@gsdlife09 everything does seem to have to do with luck in this game of beast rescuing luckily I only have time since I am waiting to be summoned to accio ball match 2 and accio ball is the only thing i have left to do for side/relationship quests and quests in general since I finally beat Leander prewett at accio ball so I can spend more time beast rescuing

@hellochii1675:same materials you’re just getting it from a different colored graphorn the not shiny ones aka the original ones are reddish brown and appear more . The shiny ones are more rare and are albino white, the only difference between the two is their color one is reddish brown the other is albino white but they both still give you a graphorn horn kind of like how the fwoopers,jobberknolls,and certain other animals come in different colors the graphorns come in a second color
I keep finding the same ones but not the white one

@Hueyfreemen300:i have the same problem with the graphorns but to get shiny graphorns you would need a lot of luck or to go through a lot of reddish brown ones at first
@Hueyfreemen300:and I don’t even go looking for the graphorns daily and I still run into the reddish brown ones but they do eventually switch out after a certain point
@@Megz1794 yeah I finally got one it takes hours or days to get one I don’t no why the company makes games so complicated like adding something to a game and then taking it away like what’s the point
@@Hueyfreemen300 I think the graphorns just have trouble spawning since they are so big I got a Female and a male one at separate times after going through about almost 20 to 30 some original graphorns if not more than that because I’ve lost count and I only have time to go looking for beasts because of waiting to be summoned to accio ball match 2
