There are some mistakes. Centre backs should position at the back line in order to take advantage of the distance that the penalty area offers against pressure. Most players in midfield receive facing against their own goal. They should position with their backs at the sideline to be able to watch around and avoid anticipation.

Im sorry, but what the hell is this.... I forgot that my team play against mannequins every week.
Its clearly about learning patterns of play, you can do this first without actual opponents, then add them later.....
