Okay so you can file a case of defamation under section 499 of IPC against him in the court of session but it may get dismissed as court may say that it is of trivial nature as per section 95 of IPC. It may be amount of criminal intimidation as well but again trivial nature. But you can claim civil action by filing civil suit asking for compensation for the damages that diminishes your reputation in market.
Rights for uncle is that they can go for mischief but again nothing can be filed against you for the same reason of trivial nature.
It is always suggested to settle it amicably if possible if there is an infringement of right against you. You may file an defamation case both in civil as well as criminal.
