My homie Jarod caught Jim Grecos board after he threw it into the crowd after a demo, you were right there filming him fighting over it with another kid. Is there video of that?? This was at Skatepark of Tampa

Professional skaters sometimes need to understand that footage like this, is all we ever really ask. Dork tricks, demos, parking lot battles, we just want to see our favorite pros skate. I don't why people in the industry think we as consumers/fans need 100% Verso quality parts, or hammer NBD's down the biggest shit. The baker dudes are a bad example of this problem, because we have always had weekend warriors and clips to fill the void. However, videos like this, allow me the opportunity to see more of herman, one of my all time favs. These flat ground tre flips are insane!
Do you have the footage by any chance when you all stopped through Miami that year? I was there that day watching Slash kickflip into the triangle gap in Downtown Miami. I would love to see all the outtakes again as alot of other people probably would too
@@BrandonHoyt yes youre exactly right. when i was there, he was only trying to kickflip into it. then they all left (i think security may have come). so they had to come back later in the day, or maybe the next day, for him to get the kickflip back5050 and i wasnt there to see that.

Evan went Pro for Baker and was nasty but ended up falling out of skating for a while and leaving baker. Rammy got injured and went to Foundation. Knox was a crazy little kid and just left and got into other stuff as well.

I asked Reynolds when he was gonna fs flip el toro like the dumbass kid i was. I also remember him kickflip melon grabbing up a qp over the rail on the back to flat. But what I remember most of all is Lizard King threatening to kill himself because he couldn't stick a bs 180 ollie north over a barrier. Good memories
There is no money in selling boards. The shop gets like 5$ per board and the skater gets 3$. Only skater to ever make bank selling boards was Bam Margeras Him board . In one year he sold over 200k decks because of MTV.
Tony Roberts yeah i used to work at a skate shop I know the numbers . With that being said , Heath took his boards off the shelf cause he didn’t support twuan anymore. Had nothing to do with numbers or money
