From what I see, the CCI will usually cross the zero line if it is down, in an uptrend. So I usually bank on that with good companies & I've won 4 in a row now.

This is not enough, it should only be applied in trend and for that I applied 200 Smoothed average and just apply it in direction of trend. Amazing result there are!!!

I find that for intraday forex trend trading most important relevant (Guide)trend direction is ON 15 minute, 1h and 4h charts only-- For intraday trading weekly & monthly trends do not matter much(too far removed from intraday field of activity) & can be ignored. For simplicity sake if 15 minute ,1h & 4h trends are in the same direction, you have a trade set up in the same direction (one could fine tune entry 0n 5 minute charts). In general if daily candle be in the same direction for any trade it is better but not A must.--Sir, what do you have to say--Any modifications?
Try using a trend indicator like the ADX (14) to determine trend strength. Something that is travelling from 10 and then moves above 25 overcomes the flat areas of a price chart I have found. You don’t get as many signals but if you have a basket of 20 securities, it should keep you in the market enough times.

I regularly uses CCI but interesting to find two CCI with specific ema // It is always wise to set a specific TP with trade and also to beware (or shift SL to reasonable) before Exchange opening times / News etc.
This is little bit similar with Dr. Bob Ferrari CCI (50) setup the different is you using CCI (25) but Dr. Bob using the CCI (14) separated with CCI (50) entry base 5014 (Continuation), 5034 (Reversal), & 5034Z (1st pullback after reversal).
at the 7;48 mark you show a long trade but you ignore the trade to 16 to 18 bars to the left to go short.. why?????? price was below the 34 and CCI both were below the ZERO LINE.....
I have backtest this. Over 2 Years, the Profit factor are 1.05 not good. Many trades are small loses and only 5 % of the trades are big wins. This not a good strategy

I noticed that aswell, currently I scalp with a 20 period CCI and a 50 period CCI (not merged together) using the 20 period zero line cross as short term trend (a heads up that the 50 CCI might cross soon) while using the 50 period CCI zero line cross as long term trend and long and short signals. @@EstudioSonorama I trade with 5-10x leverage risking 5-10% of that trade as SL and for take profits Im happy with 10-30% but as soon as price action moves above the amount I'm paying in fees i move my SL into profit than it's no risk and if it keeps going than I keep moving SL up. I've had nothing but positive results with a 50 period CCI zero line cross

This kind of system only work well on Trending market. When in range, they will be fucked up

Very great strategy I have ever seen. Just seen a history of its on volatile pairs and found 90% trades in profit with atleast risk to reward of 1:1

Pretty good strategy. I like it. But please, could you tell me how to filter the false signals out?
Chech the daily chart first to confirm the trend. In that way you can filter out most of the bad signals
