It's been like this since humans believed in something, anything. More people than not would kneel before a man made up God because people need something, anything to not feel alone, to feel part of something. Personally I couldn't care less about being alone and because I don't care about being alone means I will never swallow other people's BS so I'm happy with that. I will never kneel for anyone and if they kneel before me i will laugh at them for how pathetic and weak they are and I will move on

Empathy for members of a troubled or grieving community is appropriate. If someone’s teenaged son has just been stabbed they will want to know that the police do actually care enough to track down his attacker and will use all available resources etc.
It would not be surprising if the violence had been inflicted by someone of the same racial profile. Demographics in a local area and within gang related activities etc shouldn’t be ignored. There might be a witness who is able to describe a young man running from the scene in some detail. To ignore the assumed ethnicity of the individual on the grounds of ‘colourblindness’ would be ridiculous!
Mostly police need to use a bit of common sense, stop the virtue signalling with flags and gestures and do the best they can with the support of govt and public.

People are scared to talk to each other for fear of being accused of racism, or conversely, because they are convinced that the most trivial things are somehow racist, because they have been told so, by crazy people who'd like to divide us all.

One family was from Guyana and the other Sri Lanka.
Going through school, we never witnessed any racism to them and we all went to church together every Sunday and use to spend our "collection" money at the shop before hand ( it was a convenience store btw) good times 👍

Norman literally said he didnt see colour to point out his lack of prejudice and condemning discrimination. Why is Victor being so dumb about this? A bully's typical target victim is someone who is different. Everyone knows that. So what the heck is he on about? If we see colour and difference, we would be intolerant. If we see people as humans, we would be fair.
And the other type of bullying (as opposed to bullying someone because they're different) is to be prejudiced and discriminate against average people, and put people who are 'different' on a pedestal. Seeing people as being different will inevitably cause unfairness, nit picking and singling out, not expressing empathy 🤦‍♀️

So the police are supposed to treat different colours different ways, what a load of bollocks. Colour is irrelevant if you commit a crime, otherwise you have thousands of girls groomed by just one community and they're allowed to get away with it, or you have skyrocketing knife crime which predominantly occurs in another minority but again that gets ignored. Whilst other communities are expected to accept and tolerate it or be called racist. This is ridiculous and why the UK and London in particular has become such a basket case and unsafe for the silent majority, who don't want to be seen as racist, and the criminals in those communities continue to drag down the country whilst acting like they're untouchable.

racism starts when people like Victor try to separate people because of race, if more jobs were created for the majority of the unemployed then most crimes will be alleviated. Saying that police should treat people differently because of colour would mean that one race will mostly get away with crime and this will continue from generations to generations because of people like Victor. Let the police stop crime without the fear of being called bad or wrong and jobs should be created for people who can't put food on the table so that they don't find other ways to put food on the table
