I TRIED YOUR RECEPIE AND IT CAMEOUT SOO GOOD AS I WAS MAKING CUPCAKE FOR THE FIRST TIME AND I DIDINT EXPECT IT TO TURNOUT SOO WELL MY SIBLING LOVES IT . THOS EWERE SO SPONGY.
I TOOK EVERYTHING IN HALF MESUREMENT AND 6 CUP WERE DONE . ONLY THE THING WAS YOU NEED TO ADD ESSENCE A LITTLE MORE IN QUANTITY TO HAD THAT TASTE.OTHERWISE IT WAS TASTING LITTLE MORE LIKE A CURD

This was my first cupcake attempt and it turned out very well .. thanks😊.. one doubt i had do we have to coat oil on the cup cake mould..? I used cupcake paper and the cakes were not coming out completely.. i am new to baking do didnt know what to do..
