What are your thoughts on custom trained chatbots for niche smb industries? Helping them take their data and turning into a top to help drive sales, improve customer service all with less labor (overhead).

Anything worth pursuing is going to be competitive. That’s a given.

I think you can go a long way with prompts. Then embeddings. Then maybe more if you’ve got the the tech capabilities and GPUs.

The implementation varies. You can use embeddings for GPT-4, or you can start with system prompts.
