Hi Cat, I really enjoyed this practice. I do not normally comment on videos online but I felt compelled to let you know that your practices are deeply helpful, and the space you create through your teaching propels students like me further into our yoga practice. I am the type to come to the mat irregularly, but this practice today showed me that even on the days where I am not feeling my best, I can come to my mat, put your lesson on, and come out feeling better. Yin, to my spirit, reminds me that I can walk a path through a forest 100 times, to the point where I think I know where each species sleeps, but eventually my knowing will fade as the forest will change. A tree could fall blocking the path, the leaves could crush under a boulder falling from above, a flood could sweep through. But the forest will persist. And I can walk through it again, learning each new feature. Namaste.
Yin yoga is one of my favorite practices to utilize when I feel stuck or in need of a restart. This practice was perfect, and I will be doing this practice again! Thank you so much!
I have a love-hate with Yin, but only because it brings out so much anxiety. Today, though, I got a real sense of honouring my body, of actually being its caretaker rather than driving it to be something or do something I think it should be or do. A gift. Thank you for the opportunity to go there and experience that. x
OMG I cannot believe I fell asleep in the middle of this beautiful, restorative class! This was the first time I have ever fallen asleep in yoga, lol. I loved so many things about this class, such as getting to decide the counter-pose which is so important because each body feels something different coming out of certain positions. And this is something small, but I appreciated you beginning the supine twist (twisted roots) from the left side first. Every other instructor always does right side first and for me, I have to begin on the left 😆. I feel like you are the most intuitive instructor- you know exactly what to do and when to do it. I normally add my own flavor to classes, but you are always one step ahead, inserting the perfect pose right where I need it most. You are fabulous!!💕❤💕
Love this flow, it's been a while that my body don't feel like doing vinyasa or any power flow so here I am doing yin and trying to relax my mind and body.
A few days ago I was tested positive with covid, and it's been a very tough few days. This practice has been the most helpful and healing thing I've done yet. It has bought me peace of mind - mentally and physically as I have had a migraine for a week straight. Thank you so much Cat xx
loved it sooo much and the maddest thing has been my CAT literally coming in the room and exitiing the room AT EXACTLY THE SAME TIME THAN YOUR DOG!! AHAHA LOVED IT and so did MArgot lol xx thanks

This was so powerful. I've been doing Yin Yoga this last week of a 30 day yoga challenge with a friend, and tonight was day 30. I, for the first time during a flow, burst out into tears when I did that first forward fold in box (is it box?) - I spent about 20 minutes after this flow just breathing through those emotions and journaling the entire experience. Thank you for this Cat, it's unlocked a lot for me tonight. Wishing you love, warmth, and empathy ✨🌙
I really do just have to say this is probably the best Yin experience I've had..and that says a lot because it was in my room. I like that you were able to touch on each major section of the body that needed a stretch in 45 mins. I will certainly be checking out your other video's once I'm comfortable with doing this sequence on my own. Namaste.

Really amazing. I knew I was harboring stress, but was having a difficult time releasing it. This class helped me zone in and just be. It also helped to stretch out my right hamstring, which has been pestering me a lot lately, too. Thank you for always sharing your practice with us. Lovely practice, so nice to have the time to relax into the poses. Apart from the toes and shoelace, I could have stayed much longer and even fallen asleep. It’s amazing the sense of relaxation you can achieve when you give your body the time to just be with the posture. Thank you 🙏🏻

I love this routine. I wonder if you would consider doing a routine designed to do while menstruating? I know it’s unhealthy to do inversions while on your period and almost every routine I’ve found has downward dog
