Unpopular opinion but everyone saying he's so biased about children suing parents, think how many fathers he slams. They are parents too. The episode of him crying for the nephew trying to better his life. The episode where he slammed the mom for saying "I can't love my son." What I do see is him trying to be hard on her if he sees her giving her life away which he hinted numerous times with "and you married him." He already reads the issues before they come and can verify he's in jail. The rudeness may not be about the parent as it could be a little taste to prevent her from where she's heading.

I unfortunately understand this mother because I have my only daughter as well and she blames me for everything. I have a grandson now and I thought it would get better but it has not. She is also with a low life boyfriend.

6:43... you need proof. Even though she said she paid it, how do you know she actually did? Just because someone is a "mother" doesn't mean they are one. It doesn't mean they are good parents. It doesn't mean you have to respect them. You have to earn it. Some are good, some are narcissists, some are abusers, etc. Unless we lived with the plaintiff, we can't judge or side with the defendant.

Unpopular opinion but everyone saying he's so biased about children suing parents, think how many fathers he slams. They are parents too. The episode of him crying for the nephew trying to better his life. The episode where he slammed the mom for saying "I can't love my son."
What I do see is him trying to be hard on her if he sees her giving her life away which he hinted numerous times with "and you married him." He already reads the issues before they come and can verify he's in jail. The rudeness may not be about the parent as it could be a little taste to prevent her from where she's heading.
This is trifling 🥴 the parents were dating and he ran off with her money…but you borrowing from your mama with a husband in jail.
Can't understand why he just discredited what the daughter was saying, I feel that there was some truth to what the daughter was saying!
Only 3mins in and I’m already not liking the case. The way he just got upset at the daughter was unprofessional. The way he just believed everything the mother said and disregarded the daughter is crazy. You cannot bring emotion to everything just because the plaintiff/defendant is the mother. Someone commented and said that he made this mother daughter relationship worse and I agree. He over talked the daughter and talked about her when she said she had nothing to say after he continuously told her not to say anything.
That’s not being a judge, he’s there to help settle disputes based on the law not chooses sides base off preference….very unprofessional and a let down

The way he spoke to the plaintive was very unprofessional. Jm doesn't live within their living situation so jm knows nothing about the relationship between them. Jm needs to stay in his lane on that personal level and stick to the case at hand.
