That bun bo is interesting. It's basically a bun rieu broth but instead of seafood, you get beef. If you guys like crab (they may mix the crab with ground pork), try bun rieu. The north will give you those fried breadsticks for various soups and I love that.
Hey, I would recommend staying in the old quarter and then just wing it you will get the best experience this way 😉👍 If you fancy a trip from Hanoi go for Halong bay its amazing!!! Stay 2 nights min to get the best experience and pay a bit extra for the luxury cruise (wish we did 😜).

I was the International School student in Saigon... so basically I had Pho for a meal EVERY DAY!!! 🤪🤪🤪 So there was that for my EVERY DAY, but I came back to a new, non-Pho life in Thailand later, alas but sadly though!! 😔 Other nations would redeem me around the way though, even Thailand! 🙂
