This is the only video or instruction I could find on this kind of tough but easy once you get hold of it. I removed the lumbar by prying the clip off with my fingers on my 2017 SEL.. did not need to remove the back I had enough access there was a 7mm screw on the front and one torx inside holding it also…Thanks for the info…
