Police is the one operating every drug business. They go after someone when a complain is made, so they can have proof that they really chased the drug dealer and caught them, in reality they just scold the dealer to work carefully next time and send him back.

एक घटना जो हमने मुंबई में देखी थी ।
लगभग 5 साल पहले हमारे यहां तब एक बड़े ब्रिज का काम चल रहा था तो हर एक lane को बारी बारी आधे घंटे के लिए बंद कर दिया जाता था । जिससे highway पर traffic smooth चल सके । एक दिन हम traffic में रुके हुए थे और हमारी lane start होने में approx 15 मिनट बाकी थे । सब कुछ normal था। अचानक हमारी दायी तरफ वाली lane में अफरातफरी मच गई। हमने देखा आगे एक बाइक पर 2 लोग थे और पिछे पुलिस की गाड़ी siren बजाती आ रही थी जिसके दरवाजे भी खुले हुए थे। हमारे left side फुटपाथ पर 2 बंदे जिनको हमने आपस में बाते करते देखा वो हमारी गाड़ी के आगे पिछे से निकलकर बाइक के आगे पहुंच भी चुके थे और भी 2-4 लोग उनके साथ थे जिनको हमने देखा भी नहीं की थे कहाँ और कब वहाँ पहुंचे। तभी पिछे गाड़ी से कुछ लोग निकले और इतने में बाइक पर पिछे बैठे आदमी ने जेब से बंदूक निकाल ली। ( बंदूक हमको नहीं दिखी, जो लोग उनके नजदीक थे वो बता रहे थे) तभी पिछे से एक आदमी ने उसकी पीठ पर जोरदार लात मारी और वो दोनों बाइक के साथ नीचे गिर पड़े। सब लोगों ने उनको पकड़ लिया । उनको literally गाड़ी में फेंका और 2 लोग उनकी बाइक पर बैठे और जिस तेजी से पुलिस van आई थी उतनी ही तेजी से siren बजाती निकल गई। सब कुछ जैसे पलक झपकते ही हो गया। ये कोई फिल्म नहीं थी जिसमें hero road पर लोगों की तालियां सुनता है। लोगों को तो उनके चेहरे तक याद नहीं होंगे। हमको भी नहीं है।
