A planner where they write everyday chores 2.preplan meals 3.has all organization tools and devices. 4.They don't do all work at once, they divide work 5.they relax because there is a system in work hence less hard work.. And what we do is doing all at once, getting exhausted and fed up on house work without any plan.

Thank you for sharing great tips. Another trick to gradually incorporate in life is to understand “ Less Is More”. The lesser but necessary only items we keep or bring in home, the more better we will use them and much less hassle to clean sort or arrange them and accordingly less need to buy organizers would be. Thus, saving much of one’s time money n energy.
I watch your every video at least ten times...they r so soothing ... Please make a video on WORK- LIFE BALANCE , especially when a woman is a teacher and her works come home as well even after school hours...
