    There are many of us who have been on a conscious healing path for some time, maybe a lifetime, who are now coming into a state of consciousness where we are experiencing inner peace more of the time.
    Wherever you are today on the spectrum of human emotion - whether you’re experiencing turmoil or joy - peace and wholeness are always within you, and you can choose to make this your priority.
    This choice is not necessarily easy, and it is possible.
    In the video I describe the experience of inner peace, the different depths of it, and some of the ways we may typically connect with it.
    When we choose inner peace, we connect with the stillness at our centre and with the roots of the authentic self which holds both our unique gifts of self-expression and our connection with All-That-Is.
    Inner peace is a space for healing, connection, coming home, belonging. And it is also a space for rest, restoration, renewal, regeneration, connecting with our creative purpose and the energy which will carry us into action.
