Fusion, Unfortunately, humans cannot train themselves to fall asleep with their eyes open in the way that reptiles can. The only humans who can fall asleep with their eyes open are suffering from a condition known as Nocturnal Lagophthalmos or have other sleep disorders and injuries (such as stroke or facial paralysis). (that's why its impossible/hard!)
