10/5/24 - House Concert, Kristi Matal and Jeff Sears at Jeffus Roadhouse, Topeka, KS

On October 5, 2024, Kristi Matal, Singer and pianist, and Jeff Sears, Singer and Guitarist, gave a house concert at the lovely home of Allen and Neta Jeffus in Topeka, KS, (also referred affectionately as the "Jeffus Roadhouse.”) Allen is the younger brother of the late Ellie Matal. Special guest performances from Cotty and Ward Matal. The program featured a couple of Kristi’s original songs, including “Grateful,” and “Love Beyond Love,” and lots of sing-along songs. Jeff brought down the house with an amusing song about the plight of a full-time guitarist, “Would You Like to Play the Guitar?” A fun time was had by all!!
