Μιχάλη αρχικά χρόνια σου πολλά. Όμορφο το time laps. Η εναλλαγή της συννεφιάς με τον ήλιο στο δάσος πολύ ωραία έγραψε. Καλο απόγευμα και να είσαι καλά.
Από την πλατεία του χωριού Κεφαλάρι θα κινηθούμε ΒΑ προς το καταφύγιο του ΕΟΦ (σε 700μ) και από εκεί θα μπούμε στο μονοπάτι. Ανηφορίζουμε προς βορρά και στη συνέχεια ΒΔ και σε 900μ θα βγούμε στο χωματόδρομο. Το μονοπάτι συνεχίζει λίγα μέτρα πιο αριστερά και σταδιακά ανεβαίνουμε προς τα Ισώματα, το μεγάλο οροπέδιο κάτω από τη μικρή Ζήρεια, μέχρι το πηγάδι του Μούτσιου. Το μονοπάτι είναι σηματοδοτημένο.
