still not gonna lie, soul leg is still ass. The teleport is useful but the majority of times(90%), they just flashstep away. Granted, Im not prof hakuda, and the stun buff is a damn lie. They didnt buff shit.
If you catch them after flash step and do it is 100% true into catching and rising shot. You just gotta pay attention to your combos flash step takes about 2-3 secs to comeback (depending on the health remaining)
The start is fast when it draws the leg back it's slow. It's like this because it's suppose to be used mid air when you m1 use a move and m1 again, not for you to just spam m1
