This is exactly the video I am looking for! Every other tutorial I've watched that says "Digital Painting in Photoshop for Beginners" literally immediately proceeds to painting some very complicated stuff and then just don't bother explaining how to get there lol

So many videos offering tutorials for this are sometimes confusing or they go way too fast and use super complex illustrations, so it gets confusing watching what they're doing. As a beginner, your video was so easy to digest and wasn't overloaded with too many distracting side comments. This was clear and to the point. Thank you for this!

Great video, I made a blog post for my advanced topics course at college to help learn photoshop more and this helped so much. I really enjoy the style and hope to expand on it when I get the courage to do my own work.
I AM superexcited to make digital art now! I just set up my new desk with a wacom intuous and realized I'm a photo editor in phtshp and not a illustrator lol, so I don't really know what I'm doing. Now I feel more confident! Thanks!

How do you save your drawings? i was told to switch the mode from RGB to CMYK and save as to jpeg (if i want to print it) because printers can not read RGB colors.

First time viewer, your hair looks like the colour of an ice lolly (pop sickle to Americans I think)
This isn’t a criticism or a judgement, it’s just a passing comment that occurred to me the second I saw you. I just remember having ice lollies that colour when I was a kid.
