I am sorry if this comes off rude but you should stop blindly labelling stuff as "healthy" or "unhealthy" when you have little to no knowledge about nutrition. However you may not intend to, but this makes people equally unaware about fitness and nutrition beleive that in order to be skinny like you, they should eat these fancy things you call healthy, which is very very very far from the truth.

Having ramen, dimsums,cheese is perfectly healthy and they dont have to come with having a "cheat day" from your diet. Moreover, what you're referring to cheat day here is eating in a caloric surplus (which makes us gain weight) but you van very very easily stay in your calorie limit(maintenance calories) while consuming the same. Of course, unless this is all you are eating in insane volumes. Everything is healthy when you eat it in moderation. Lettuce does no magic to your body, just like cheese does nothing awful. Moreover, running towards things with "no sugar" and are "gluten free" and away from stuff like sugar and carbs, which you seem to be doing is only going to spoil your relationship with food over time, having a negative impact on your health. "terra chips are gluten free so I convince myself they are healthy" should I even bother to touch upon stuff like this?

None of this is supposed to be ‘informative’ on nutrition. Its supposed to be a personal video on my preferences. Eating gluten DOES bloat me up and so eating any kind of chips that are gluten free work best for my body. Very confused with whats wrong with that. Pretty sure research will show you gluten is known to make a certain kind of people bloat.
