Weeks ago I pulled this from a random spotlight cache and it has been sitting in my collection ever since. Recently I pulled Hela and the buff really made him playable and lots of fun. Hit infinite with him already :)

I'm using the variation with Hood, Sentry and Annihilus, but I'm trying it with Quinjet, White Queen and Moon Girl. The Ebony Blade gets a cost reduction from Quinjet. If u have Zabu out, the Blade costs 2 less. And Moon Girl can get u a second Blade. Pretty cool

Ebony blade can be countered by Enchantress. It turns to 0 when hit. I have not tried rogue or leech yet but right now Enchantress can counter ebony blade.

I've never understood how to play a Lockjaw discard deck. Every time I try it I screw myself over, it seems. I'm especially confused how it works with Black Knight because you can't cycle him through Lockjaw and still get the blade when things are discarded, right? BK has to be on the board in order for the blade to be created, yeah?
Does anyone know how his overlay looks like that? I'm referring to all cards that have been played being displayed in the corner as well as the system keeps track of which particular cards were discarded, destroyed, etc.
Just hit infinite this season yesterday with a destroy deck, the she hulk infinaut variant was the only deck that gave me trouble in the 90s. Extremely solid deck

I need to branch out from Spectrum Ongoing and Im missing a couple cards here but this is really useful. I particularly like your use of Sunspot. Love him but was a little concerned I was picking a card I should've moved on from, now Im making steady progress in pool 3.

Can the Blade be played on destroy locations though? Have yet to see this happen in a video or be able to test it in a game. Really curious if it works or not
Yes it can. MurderWorld, Danger Room, Necrosha, Sewer System, Jotunheim, Rickety Bridge, and Warrior Falls do not affect this card at all. But if you put it in Isle of Silence, then it can be destroyed and have it power reduced.
I did see that but it didn't try to shoot it. Just have never seen it played in places like Deaths Domain or Altar of Death. I will definitely try it out when those come up and I have played it in negative areas so I know it works there for sure.
Personally I can't stand playing or losing to classic Hela. You can literally play 3 cards and still get a massive dub. But Black Knight, you're actually playing your deck most rounds. I can respect that.
Modok was the first season pass I bought, and I’ve loved the old discard archetype with the old Chavez ever since. Now I kinda feel like I have to get Black Knight when he’s in the caches later this month, otherwise all my golds and inks will go to waste lol

The best discard deck I’ve run has ravonna into drac/daken, into arnim Zola on 5 to get 2 draculas, or 2 dakkens. Then modok on 6.
