Great news! My biggest wish is that you move the hurricane shelter to the laundry/hall room window, make a door so you have a quick escape in case of sudden need rather than running across the lawn. Maybe someday that'll be a plan...Everything is looking so good...A most excellent and impressive job.
Congratulations Andrew! I'm really happy for you guys. You forgot to mention what the inspector said about whether you need railing for the loft for a CO. I hope you and Tiffany went out to dinner Friday night to celebrate.
@@TKCL Oh, well that could still classify as celebrating with friends. I guess you could call that a "dry" celebration, lol. Sorry I missed the livestream. This is the best time to water the garden. Gonna watch it now.
Hi Andrew, I have a big smile on my face for you and Tiffany. Moving day is right around the corner. Bullet will also be more comfortable when he is moved in. Much more room to stretch out and supervise. 🥰
When I first found your videos you were cutting a few boards, climbing a ladder and nailing in place. Then repeat. The pride and sense of accomplishment you must feel ! Congratulations!
My heart is SO happy for U, Tiffany and Bullet!! I know u had to swallow hard when u saw the inspector’s boss show up! BUT from your previous job, u knew how to deal with that plus have faith n your work and God’s blessings! I’m SO excited for u and your family and upcoming projects! QUESTION ?? Did the inspector ask any questions about your loft? Or the railing? I know u were concerned about that?
Hi, Andrew! Did you hear that loud noise? That was me singing and doing my Hallelujah Happy Dance celebrating your good inspection report. See you in about four hours on the livestream.
Great job with the inspector....yes you defenitely want him to find some things wrong because there always is.... Otherwise he isnt doing his job. Inspectors are there to help you not hurt you. But that's great its just a few small things. Keep up the good work
As far as content goes the world's the limit for you. There are a few more ice maker videos, Furniture woodworking videos, then there will be shop organization videos, and whatever the thinker tinker guy comes up with. I am looking forward to it all as well as Tiffany's cooking channel one day. Heck y'all could just sit around and talk about what you are watching on Netflix.
@@TKCL You don't need outlets for all of them. Mine just attached to the existing water line. All cold water, and I live in Michigan. Fifteen minutes to install. The ones that require power are higher end and have heated water, heated seats, and blowers on them.

good job Andrew good job, but sometimes in my world we want to see you as soon as possible and you could have had it a long time ago. but I know overdue is what you do so God bless you brother I wish I could finish them all like you do👍📐📏🔨
After watching through all of your videos (on this channel anyway, haven’t started on your outdoor channel yet) I think I’m most excited about this one. Passing that final inspection is a huge step. Congratulations!!!
Excellent you did a awesome job I had no doubts! Happy moving day soon I hope. Not worried about no more house content we just like you guys so riding on the tractor etc it’s all good Andrew.👍💞
Really well done mate. It is a testament to your dedication and hard work that has got you here. I remember you talking about the house build as it was starting, and you were a LOT less confident about doing it then, than you are today. It has been a steep learning curve for you, but you did all your homework and just got on with the job. In the future I can see....... A.T&B Barndominium and Polebarnhouse Construction Company ....... happening (A.T&B is Andrew, Tiffany & Bullet).
No exhaust vent above the gas stove? With makeup air intake vent. No 1 inch gap under bath door to allow bath vent to remove steam and moisture effectivly. Both are building code here
6 inch vent above stove, two stage blower in microwave attached to the pipe. For sure a large gap under the bathroom door with bathroom vent fan. 6 inch fresh air intake plumbed to Honeywell whole house dehumidifier. I'm good.
❤❤❤ By the way good catch on the CO Detector I would put a couple of battery operated ones as well in just as a backup in the event that during a power outage or weird event that the CO doesn't trip.. Reason I mention this is because we had a furnace that had cracks in it and I almost died from it when I was younger.. I was on the top floor passed out the gas guy when he came to the house could detect the CO2 from the bottom of the steps outside the house while the door was open. Stuff is some crazy stuff.. Anyway As always keep up the good work!! Sorry I haven't been around Medical got the best of me for a bit!
No, I think because I don't have any permanent access right now no railing is needed. It's technically a open attic area, much like display spaces you see in a home. No doubt if I had of had stairs I would have been required to rail it.

Nothing, no technical access so it's still "attic" space.

We are currently running it on the property, you will see it in more videos the further you watch.
Do you plan on doing screen doors
No we do not, they just don't look good IMO.
No requirement for exterior doors to swing outward for hurricane protection?
Outward swing doors only required for houses that are built in South Florida or built within 20 nautical miles or less to the open water, Gulf of Mexico or Atlantic Ocean. However it can also be a local requirement of the building department. Most interior counties in North Florida don’t require them.
