You have to remember also this is the first year they stopped making all star teams do a cheer...i honestly used to hate having to do a cheer, I was on Texas Lone Star out of Houston

Wow it's crazy to see how much better the teams get every year :) its almost odd that at one point they were doing straight ups lol & they were good back then and are like amazing now;)
omfg, they double bounce in stunts, there's pauses in between jumps, there's an actual cheer, there's virtually no pyramid, they barely kick in their basket tosses. it's absolutely insane to see how much all-star cheer has advanced in just 8 years.

UCA & NCA were the two most prominent competitions and were the only two known to have a spring floor at all of their regional and national competitions. All others programs still used dead mat. I aged out in 05 so I pay harshly for it now, I was only graced with one year of a spring floor.

I dont know if they were the FIRST but look up top gun co-ed 2003 cheersport and they do them in that routine
