She still avg. 15 reb in the games she shoots at least 50% (only 6 games), overhype is due to the era we are in to get the most clicks/views. IDK who doesn't realize that her FG % is terrible, but the fact is that YES she misses a lot for someone who plays the paint. Her Reb. stats are deceiving and unless you actually watch the games or check the box score, you wouldn't even realize it. But i do think realistically she pulls about 10 a game even if she didn't shoot as much or was just more efficient. You said it yourself, she is bigger and more athletic than most of the league. You aren't wrong about numbers being inflated by her poor shooting tho, thats all facts.
I do believe that rebounding is an important skill, but her overall gameplay doesn't uplift her team like Caitlin Clark. When it comes to ROTY, Angel has not made an impact on her team or on the league the way that Caitlin has.
She will definitely finish 2nd in Rookie of the Year ... her impact on the court, with her energy and defense, is bigger than her stats. I think she's fairly placed as 19th in ESPN's Mid-Season Top 25 .... ... CC is currently 15th. By season's end, I think CC has a shot at the top 10 ... AR, I think will slip out of the Top 20 ... yes a lot of the people mentioned as being better on the video ... are also ranked higher than No 19. 1. A'ja Wilson 2. Breanna Stewart 4. Alyssa Thomas 5. Jonquel Jones 6. Jackie Young 7. Sabrina Ionescu 8. Nneka Ogwumike 10. Kahleah Copper 13. Arike Ogunbowale 14. Jewell Loyd 15. Caitlin Clark 17. Aliyah Boston 19. Angel Reese 25. Kelsey Mitchell,
@gmoney5772 even with her rebounding, I still don't see a good offensive or defensive player. I feel like she has tons of potential, but the Caitlin Clark haters are overreacting to Angel's rebounding.

Rebounds arent impactful for the team literally only gets rebounds for statpadding
That's how i feel. Nothing she's doing is helping her team win games.

She’s great…def not roy. If she can develop anything close to a jumper, she will be a perrenial all star.
